Very satisfying… all the staff are friendly. The check-in/out process is simple & easy. The price is also affordable. The building is old but well-maintained. If there are technical problems, they are quickly responded to & handled well. The rooms are spacious, clean and have complete amenities. Suitable for families. Easy access, not far from the Bali Mandara toll gate. The only minus is 1, it is a bit far from shops, restaurants, etc. but overall it is still the best… 👍🏼

I stayed for 3 nights. When I checked in, the bathroom was so dirty. The bathtub was so dirty I had to clean it myself. No room makeup on the second day. They didn't even ask me if I would like to have the room made up.

A 3-day stay, quite close to the airport. The shower smelled musty when I first used it. The toilet was difficult to flush on the third day, and the toilet kept running. I booked two rooms next to my sister's. Her room also had problems flushing. My room had a refrigerator, while my sister's didn't.

Location near the exit of the Bali Mandara Nusa Dua toll gate. Very near to ITDC. Have to improve on the cleanliness of the hotel area. Easy to find parking in the back side of the hotel. Generally, I enjoy staying here.
