Front desk employee not friendly at all.

The elevator was broken, the room smelled of cockroaches, the stairs were dirty, the roof was leaking until it flooded

The room are all fully booked when we arrive. We have to look for another place.

The price is so affordable ✨. Unfortunately, the room's condition is too bad.• filthy toilet. I hope the hotel's staff will make sure it clean and comfort for their customers 🔥

The blanket smelled..the pillows also smelled something..x must be washed to x..tv plaque there is one channel je rtm1..if the tv is off..lgsung xleh on dah..1st and last check in here ..

The staff is so friendly. Although a small but satisfying room.

Staff ok. I'm just a book standart room. But when I checked in the staff said it was full diorg asking me to raise money for the big room, everything else was ok. Nice.

Overall is okay.. but there was a used soap in the toilet and should provide double pillow

The problem is the parking because I already asked about parking coupon at the staff hotel, they say it ok just park near hotel but went I check out I get saman parking.

Service is not satisfactory. The air conditioning unit in our room was not working (damaged) and after notifying the reception, no action was taken. We were not given another room instead. Had to sleep in uncomfortable conditions. Our room was only exchanged on the second and third nights of our stay. The reception service is also very scary. No direct customer friendly. We will not recommend it to our friends.

Had problem during check in. Seems like my name is not registered. Did called travel agent helpline.They did a good job for helping me out. In order to check in I have to make another cash payment which can be refunded upon my booking validation the following day which they did refund.

Close to supermarkets, service is good, the distance to the Petronas towers far. unfortunately difficult transportation

The hotel address is not according to the web. While I was in the hotel, it was too noisy because of renovation, so i checked-out earlier.
