The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean.

Everything was fine except the security guards. They weren't very responsive. When I arrived, there were about five security guards at their post in front of the hotel lobby. They only watched my husband and I unload our suitcases. After my husband called for help, they came to us to carry them. Every time we left the hotel, we were never allowed to park; we just went out on our own, even though there were security guards on duty. Not all of them, but the ones who greeted me and my family weren't very responsive. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Far from expectations, it was far to go everywhere, especially finding food and even buying medicine was difficult, the room was too small with no place to put my suitcase, this was my first time in Jogja, I chose the wrong hotel, especially since I was planning to celebrate New Year, but luckily the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast at Grand Tjokro is truly the best... lots of choices, delicious taste. Not far from the hotel, you can also go to Gudeg Bromo, but it opens at 11 PM. Keep up the great work on food, okay?

Staying at this hotel was really enjoyable, the location is strategic, the rooms and service are great.

The toilet smelled of septic tank smoke, even though the room was on the 9th floor, and I ordered on the Traveloka app asking for a single bed only because I was alone, when I got there they said the beds were sold out, even though there were many empty and quiet rooms on the 9th floor, and the food was SNI.

Quite comfortable, good food, AC is quite cold.

Breakfast menu is ok, herbal medicine is delicious, swimming pool is quite small, but ok

For anyone who books this hotel, be careful. They do not differentiate between complimentary and paid water bottles. They charged us for the water we drank even though there was no sign indicating it wasn’t free, so many people might think it’s complimentary. It’s not about the amount of money, but this kind of service really sucks.
