Cleanliness is lacking (the AC is not clean, the floor under the bed doesn't seem to be cleaned so there is a lot of rubbish under the bed), there is no breakfast

This is the first time I booked a room that really dissapoint me. Firstly we were given a wrong room (2 guest in 1 room instead of 3 guest as I booked). I found many cigarettes at the wastafel and the ac is not really working. Then we got call that we need to change the room since the receptionist wrongly gave us the room from the first time. I never thought the real room we booked were so much worse. There were some rat sh*t and dust on the beds and the floor dusty. The toilet is better than the first room though. Will try to see another hotel if we go to Bukit Bintang again

I stayed for 3 nights, room is dirty, no bottle water, no toiletries, they don’t clean the room the whole time I was staying, not even pick up the trash I put outside my room until I told them to. The room in front of mine is broken, they made it like storage but so dirty and kinda open so it’s a bit scary and smelly. The bed sheets and pillows are dirty. Not recommended. The only good thing is this hotel near to food stalls and public transportation.

Dirty hotel, rooms are not cleaned if we do not insist minutes cleaned. Lots of ants in the room.

It's good, it's close to Jalan Alor, Pavilion, MRT, Go to if. only the wifi is fast, then it's a bit slow. 3 days 4 nights is good👍🏻

Far from pleasant. The hotel is rundown. TV is broken. The bathroom has no toothbrush, no water heater. I am disappointed with paying that much.

Room was dirty, even when I check in I didn’t get a towels. Have to call down? And the next day I asked to make up my room they didn’t make up.

Not bad. Close to Bukit Bintang. To Bukit Bintang station, go to Go KL. But the road is a bit uphill. Get ready for your feet if you are staying here, it is not suitable for parents who are not able to walk.

Worth with your money. The room is clean. Staff is very helpful.. even we arrived at 2 a.m. He helped bring our luggage to lift. Keep smiling and very polite

Very suitable for those who want to travel with a minimal budget, very close to going everywhere. Just walking a little can get a stop and close to Alor road and other star walking centers.

The location is okay, close to the Bukit Bintang monorail, close to restaurants, convenience stores. Access to the highway, the road is up and down, so if you walk it is usually a waste of road even though it is close to the highway. The room was small, the toilet at that time was not clean, towels were not provided in the room, the air conditioner seemed to be cleaned, the air conditioner was still open. Hotels match the price.

The location of the hotel is strategically close to the Wang River, Alor and MRT. It is easy to find halal food because it is located in a arabic area not given mineral water but near the lobby there is a dispenser so you can fill the water to your heart's content. Recommended both backpacker and family.
