1) Check-in time wrongly stated as 8am, it should be 2pm. 2) Pillows and bedsheets are stained and not clean. 3) Wi-Fi never works, unable to even connect to router > 10 tries. 4) Water pressure is low or shower head clogged. 5) Fan makes a lot of noise at high speeds. 6) Air-conditioner looks dusty but operating fine. 7) TV channels are limited, most channels are empty, available channels are blurry. Staff was kind enough to allow me to use the showers due to the miscommunication and mishap between online agent and hotel regarding the incorrect 8am check-in time. However, special requests are not being looked into and addressed as I requested for check-in time to be 7am and no responses heard back, else this mistake would not have raised until check-in date comes. Unable to get an online cancellation refund since 7am because of the incorrect check-in time of 8am instead of 2pm.

WiFi slow. The prayer space is cramped although taking another family room is all okay. For me, the price is not worth it, it can be cheaper again

Stayed in the hotel and left my phone charger. Call the staff and tell them to pickup tomorrow. Then got my phone charger. Honest housekeeper.

that day we was so tired. the receptionist ahead was dishonest to us. she asked to change money, but when we gave her the money, she didn't give her money changer back to us.
