The front office staff is very friendly, booked in the Eden room type fool access upgraded to a suite room which is also fool access with a room with complete facilities, very very happy especially with the price that is very worth it... for breakfast it is too simple for a hotel class like this 🙏 But overall satisfied staying here even though it is only for a 1 night transit hotel.

the staff is friendly, but unfortunately the hotel was undergoing renovation at that time so it was a bit disturbed by dust and noise from the workers' tools, the room was clean and smelled good, direct access to the swimming pool is suitable for children and families the breakfast was delicious to our taste. hopefully in the future the service will be even better and many guests will stay. On May 21-24, 2025, I stayed overnight to participate in the PPK type C technical guidance program by LPKN. The receptionist was very friendly. The hotel is not far from the city center and the airport.

Friendly staff, clean room, cold AC, very close access to the airport. Just a little note for the variety of breakfast menu can be improved, and the water discharge in the bathroom can be increased.
