The best! Big room & value for money (view of the palace & 3 main towers in KL) Breakfast is good (only the taste of the food can be improved). Friendly & good service by staff at the counter, restaurant, hotel security and swimming pool. The swimming pool is spacious

The check in counter was in another block with the accommodation unit .. Had to carry a bag from the parking lot in another block then to the check in counter in another block .. Then broke back to the hotel block.

The new rules I don’t know why must the cleaner only monday wednesday and firday.. if you stay a long day it’s very difficult to stay.. now it’s covid-19 you must very day clean up very day..

Toilet a bit smelly. Overall was good.

Booking rooms for 2 people with breakfast. But only one person includes breakfast. Another person is charged. You can do that. Room for 2 people. Breakfast for one.
