No shower cap no toothbrush. Beds are uncomfortable. Aircon seems to be broken because the room was so hot to sleep

The hot water is not working, the room floor is dirty. But the hotel staff is quite friendly.

Close to places to eat and not far to the mall.

Stayed for 3 days. On 26-7-2024, the name changed to Yan Hotel. Took my parents to get medical treatment, the room was spacious enough for two people. The facilities are quite good, you can refill drinking water behind the reception (1st floor). The elevator is on the floor. The ground floor is safe for wheelchair users. There are many restaurants around, there is a new lane hawker center (closed on Wednesday nights) 😁

The room was fairly clean, but the blanket and pillowcase were torn. The bathroom was clean.

Overall, hotel is good. But don't have high expectations.

Lokasi sesuai yang kita mau, ada di seputaran Komtar & Gama, dekat juga dengan pusat kulineran streetfood new lane. Receptions nya ramah, kamarnya bersih, mungil tapi tidak sesak. Ada air panas 24jam. Ada pemanas air, termos, & kopi+gula+krimer. Setiap hari di bersihkan. Prei handuk semua putih bersih tidak wangi taipi tidak bau. Ada setrikaan di ujung lorong untuk di pakai. Kalau family room setrikaan ada di dalam kamar. Shampoo, sabun mandi ada. Cuma sikat gigi & pastanya tidak tersedia. Aman karena kani selalu membawa saat dalam perjalanan, hqnya handuknya kurang nyerap. Air minum booeh beli botolan di receptions tidak tersedia gratis. Kalau kami puas tinggal di heliconia, waktu pulang karena berangkat subuh. Reception tetap ada & ramah. Baru pertama kali menginap di Heliconia & bagi yang kamu yang mau menginap semoga bermanfaat komentar. Saya.

Hotelnya bersih stafnya ramah recommended.
