I stayed here with genuine expectations, but the experience left me disappointed. The bed sheet and pillows had an unpleasant smell, and the blanket had a strange, squeaky texture that made it uncomfortable to sleep. As someone working in the hospitality industry in Bali, I found this especially unacceptable.
Breakfast was another disaster. Almost no variety, and what little there was tasted awful. I ended up skipping breakfast for the rest of my stay because it simply wasn’t worth touching.
For a property operating in this market, delivering such poor basic standards is shocking. If management doesn’t address these issues immediately, guests will have every reason to stay far away.
