Staff are friendly, food is decent but the area is good, easy access to the mall

Pretty convenient, next to the mall so we can easily get our necessities.

The check-in was easy. We had a bit of a mishap with the reservation name, but it was not a big deal. The only concern was the air from the elevator to the lobby was really stuffy, and my elderly in-laws were having a hard time breathing. Maybe can install some sort of air conditioning in that area.

The carpet in the room needs replacing or maintenance, the damp smell is quite strong.

So far, so good, the food tastes quite good. The location is strategic, directly connected to the mall.

Lots of facilities and there is a mall

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Pluit a few times, and the location remains unbeatable. Being situated within Emporium Mall makes grabbing a meal or doing some shopping incredibly convenient. This time, we opted for a corner room, which offered a bit more space and was well worth it. We also appreciated the 1:00 PM late check-out, which made our departure much more relaxed. We did encounter two minor issues: the in-room safety deposit box didn't work properly (even after a replacement), and we noticed some small flying insects in the room. However, the hotel staff handled these perfectly. They were professional and friendly, sending maintenance immediately to fix the safety deposit box and alerting the housekeeping team to address the insect problems. Despite these hiccups, we remain very happy with the cleanliness, facilities, and high standard of service. For the price and location, this hotel is highly recommended!

Suggestions: 1. The towels are gray and torn on the sides. 2. For that price, if possible the sofa should be a sofa bed, so a family like us can sleep comfortably with one of them on the sofa bed. 3. Please replace the pillows because one side really hurts the arm. 4. The pillows smell bad even though we know they are goose down pillows but they are really not suitable for the humid area of the room. 5. The sofa smells and the sofa pillows smell. It's a shame your hotel has a good location, there's no harm in making a room for three, especially since I saw some people bringing children. 6. Please provide a parking space for hotel residents so the parking is not too far.

Having a stay for a few days here, location is perfect inside shopping mall, room a bit dirty as in behind the bed have a mushroom growing in there, room quite spacious the breakfast buffet is so so, not many variety of food and the place a bit dirty

I've frequently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Pluit since 2020. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. However, this time I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness, especially the bathroom. The towels were very dirty, and some corners of the bathroom had mold stains and a musty smell. The location is very strategic for me, 20 minutes to the airport and directly below the hotel is a shopping mall.

Shoutout to Andreas and Flo for helping us with all of their effort to find my son’s book which accidentally broke. The hotel is super value for money and very near bus terminal which can bring you to west center south North Jakarta in no time and only $0.3. We will definitely stay here again when we go to Jakarta and hopefully the hospitality is not changing.

Need a little improvement to the entrance facilities, improve cleanliness, and increase the number of security guides.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, neat, clean, and have direct access to the mall. It was a pleasure staying here.

The staff very friendly and quick response, nice , for the future in the bathroom can add a bidet🙏🏻

It's also convenient, making mall access easier.
