The room was ready past 3 p.m., even though registration was at 1 p.m. The bathroom lock was broken when it was closed.

Ok, I've been a regular customer every time I go to Jakarta.

I usually stay at this hotel, but this time I wasn't satisfied with the soto porridge. It was a shame the yellow soup wasn't hot and was served in a teapot. Although the staff said the porridge was hot, and now they have Chinese porridge, the soup is served in a teapot, in the past the soto soup was heated.

I usually stay at this hotel and never have any problems, but this time the AC wasn't as cold as usual, even though it was adjusted and a technician came. I booked two rooms on the same floor, but the AC wasn't cold. When the AC isn't cold, the room becomes damp and lacks air conditioning. Hopefully, this will improve, as your service, food, and rooms are already good.

The location is perfect and so close to the mall, making it even better.

There was a slight problem at check-in, but the hotel staff quickly resolved it. Thank you.

Breakfast variants are made different and interesting.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the food is delicious.

The hotel of choice for a short transit in Jakarta, close to the airport, access to the mall is close so finding food is not difficult.

The outer lobby for receiving guests is nice for chatting, but during the day it's hot...

Hotel with good service

Nice experience, close to mall.

The location is convenient. The hotel parking area is connected to the mall, so if you park on the wrong floor, getting to the hotel can be a bit tricky.

Pretty convenient, next to the mall so we can easily get our necessities.

The check-in was easy. We had a bit of a mishap with the reservation name, but it was not a big deal. The only concern was the air from the elevator to the lobby was really stuffy, and my elderly in-laws were having a hard time breathing. Maybe can install some sort of air conditioning in that area.

The carpet in the room needs replacing or maintenance, the damp smell is quite strong.

So far, so good, the food tastes quite good. The location is strategic, directly connected to the mall.

Lots of facilities and there is a mall

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Pluit a few times, and the location remains unbeatable. Being situated within Emporium Mall makes grabbing a meal or doing some shopping incredibly convenient. This time, we opted for a corner room, which offered a bit more space and was well worth it. We also appreciated the 1:00 PM late check-out, which made our departure much more relaxed. We did encounter two minor issues: the in-room safety deposit box didn't work properly (even after a replacement), and we noticed some small flying insects in the room. However, the hotel staff handled these perfectly. They were professional and friendly, sending maintenance immediately to fix the safety deposit box and alerting the housekeeping team to address the insect problems. Despite these hiccups, we remain very happy with the cleanliness, facilities, and high standard of service. For the price and location, this hotel is highly recommended!
