Staying here is a great option if you have an early flight the next morning. It's only 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. It's strategically located in the heart of Legian. You can explore Legian Street at night. It's great.

We booked the hotel through Trvlk. We requested a queen bed. When we checked in that afternoon, we were only given one access card and a twin bed, claiming the queen bed was already occupied. The next morning, we requested an additional access card, but it turned out it was only valid for that day. We were staying for two nights. The room cleanliness, food quality, and location were excellent.

My second time staying in Harper, comfortable bed, strong AC... Easy access to clubs, restaurants, and spas. The hotel restaurant looks more spacious than before, and the buffet breakfast is just okay. I will come back.

The staff are only friendly at the reception. In the restaurant, the front desk asks what the room is like. The restaurant staff are so indifferent they act like bosses.
