The Aston brand was the reason we chose this hotel, but the reality fell far short of our initial expectations. At check-in, we had to carry our own luggage to the hotel lobby, and vice versa at check-out, we had to carry it to our car. Worse still, after a day of sightseeing at Tanah Lot, when we went to take a shower, the toilet and bathroom water were as dirty as mud. I checked with the receptionist, and they said they had just finished draining the water tank, but the water wasn't completely clear by the time we checked out.

The water smelled and was yellow. And then I asked for a laundry bag, but instead of being delivered, I was told to pick it up myself. Hotels sell rooms and services. Why should I pick it up myself when I need it? Hahaha, hilarious!

I had a wonderful stay at Harper Kuta Bali! The hotel is comfortable, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Kuta and access nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at Harper Kuta by Aston. The room was spacious, clean, fresh-smelling, and comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The balcony was definitely a big plus for me, especially because I could relax. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. I really appreciated the clothes rack they provided, which was useful for drying wet clothes after spending time at the beach or swimming. The AC worked really well and the room stayed nice and cool. The staff were friendly and attentive. Even though I stayed for a few days, the staff kindly offered to clean my room and were always welcoming. The swimming pool was another highlight. It was big, clean, and not too crowded, so it was very relaxing. The hotel food was also quite varied and tasted good. The only thing I felt could be improved was the TV. It was a little small for the size of the room, especially since the bed was quite far from it, so it was sometimes difficult to see clearly. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Bali.

I stayed here because I was looking for something close to Kuta Beach but still more affordable than the ones right on the beach. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and there's a kids' pool. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. However, the location is close to cafes and bars, so the music can be heard quite a bit in the room.

Great service from the Harper staff, very comfortable rooms, with beds, pillows, and clean bathrooms. During my three-week stay in Bali, I stayed four nights at this hotel.

Super close to Kuta area, like the beach and city center with lots of entertainment places. The only downside is it's super busy and traffic-y. So be prepared for extra time to get back to the hotel. But the stay was great. Lots of breakfast options at the hotel. The room is super convenient even though my view isn't so great. And there was renovation ongoing when I was here. But overall, the service was great.

All needs and services are the best

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the center of the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my second stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.
