The staff of the hotle were very unfriendly, and I couldn't sleep because of cockroaches and mosquitoes.

Lokasi: 9/10. Villa Almarik berada di lokasi yang tidak terlalu ramai sehingga ketenangan saat beristirahat tetap terjaga. Lokasinya tidak jauh dari pelabuhan (10 menit berjalan kaki). Di sekitarnya juga banyak terdapat makanan enak yang murah (harus masuk ke gang untuk mendapatkan makanan murah dan enak ya). Kamar: 9/10. Kebersihan kamar, kamar mandi dan bed linen 9/10. Walaupun outdated tapi kebersihan kamarnya terjaga dengan sangat baik. Kamar kami baru direnovasi ulang setelah pandemi sehingga kamar ini sangat nyaman ditempati. AC dan water Heater berfungsi dengan baik. Kamar dan kamar mandinya luar banget. Hotel: 9/10. Walaupun ini hotel lama, hotel ini masih dirawat dengan cukup baik. Area hotel juga bersih. Hanya beberapa tanaman yang perlu dirapikan saja. Kelebihan hotel ini terletak di depan pantai dan kita bisa duduk di resto mereka. Bahkan bisa snorkeling di pantai depan hotel. Kalau beruntung bisa menemukan penyu. Service: 9/10. Mulai dari reservasi sampai dengan kami check out, kami di layani dengan sangat baik & memuaskan. Mbak Shanty dengan sabar membantu kami saat reservasi. Pak Muf dan tim luar biasa membantu & melayani kami dengan senyuman dan semngat mereka selama kami menginap di Villa Alamarik. Terima kasih Mbak Shanty, Pak Muf dan tim yang sudah melayani kami dengan sangat baik. Semoga wisata Gili Trawangan segera pulih dan Villa Almarik bisa ramai kembali dan menjadi favorit tempat menginap.

The cleanliness was excellent, the rooms are cleaned 2 times a day, the location surrounding the villa also clean and beautiful, comfortable room atmosphere, only a long cold air conditioning. Very good service, waiters all friendly and responsive. Meal mediocre. The strategic location close to the center of the crowd.

Have good location it's not far from the port, have many eatery nearby, the airconditioner not cool, but after complain they fix immediately, the staff is very friendly provide all the thing you need such as bike and cidomo rental. The food not had many variety. You can see sunrise from the beach in front of the hotel. The beach had very clear water. The food from restaurant is not very expensive.

We rent a standard room for 2 days. the room is pretty good, spacious, clean. but unfortunately, dkamar no telephone. so if there is need, have to go to the reception desk. her room a lot of mosquitoes, although already disediain insect repellent keeps mosquitoes wrote tetep there. but overall quite satisfactory, plus can enjoy the sunrise
