Second time staying here and had great experience both times. Close to downtown. Quiet and clean. Comfortable beds.

Everything was absolutely great and clean and easy to get in and out and quick services by all of the staff.. Especially the Bar tender. He absolutely went above board to serve me and answers to all my questions. Great visit will use this Hotel in Truckee all the future adventures i do in that area of CA. Thanks again.

No one at the desk when wanted to check. Scowls when he finallt shoewwd up. I was clearly seen as a nuisance. Weird.

This is the best ain Truckee. I stay here every time I’m in town. The staff is incredible, the beds are so comfortable, the food & drinks are amazing & the property is beautiful. 10/10 recommend every time :)

There was no elevator and we were placed in a room on the second floor. Hotel was not full and we did not appreciate carrying our luggage up and down stairs.

Outstanding place to stay in Truckee. I loved the modern and clean look. The staff were professional and friendly. I will certainly stay at Gravity Haus again.

The staff is excellent - friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a very short drive or bike ride to downtown Truckee/ They also have a few bikes you can borrow for a leisurely ride along a bike trail not too far from the hotel.

We stay at Hravity Haus often, favorite place in Truckee!

I am disappointed that in reading all the reviews, I did not find out the hotel had no elevator. I have terrible back problems and arthritis, and had to carry heavy suitcases with all my kids things up 2 flights of stairs. The hot tub was tiny. Makes it awkward when someone else enters. Also we waited over an hour for breakfast. Location is great and hotel was clean, but I will not be back

As a frequent traveler, this place is a gem! Staff is friend, place is clean and bed is very comfortable!

Our check in experience was the best ever. Very sweet and professional young men. And a warm cookie? We loved everything about this hotel, location, and restaurant!

We had a wonderful stay at Gravity Haus. They upgraded our room for free, and had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the center courtyard. Bed was so comfortable! Staff was helpful, and we loved the delicious free coffee in the lobby every morning. And free bike rentals. 50/50 brewing is close by which we loved. And a quick 5 min drive or 10 min bike ride into downtown. We also loved the disc golf course down the street. Had a great stay overall!

Very close to Truckee where all the dining and shopping is located. Very nice resort .

Excellent room and location just needs a microwave

Place was great but we did not have a friendly/ welcoming check-in. Staff member at reception was very moody. Restaurant was short staffed (which is understandable) but we were only told that food would take 30 minutes after waiting 15 minutes for a table. In the end the food took an hour to arrive unfortunately, but quality was good.
