We had a really wonderful stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful view of the sea 🌊. Communication was easy and smooth thanks to Mariangela’s responsiveness and multilingual skills — she welcomed us very warmly. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the pool as it closed the day after our arrival. The complex is ideally located for mountain biking enthusiasts — the downhill trails are spectacular! 🚵‍♂️ It’s also a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful nearby beaches. ☀️

Very basic apartment for what we paid. We spent a month in Italy and this did not compare anywhere near what we experienced everywhere else. It was the worst value. From the reviews there must be nicer rooms than what we received. Cash payment demanded despite having credit card details! On the plus is the quiet pool which is clean and comfortable to enjoy.

We spent very nice holidays in the Residence Oleandro. Mariangela is a lovely host. She always looked after us. The clean and well equipped apartment with balcony was quiet und we had ocean view from the bath room. A supermarket is in walking distance. Highly recommended 👍

I spent a week at residence Oleandro with my mum and our staying went above our expectations: from the warm hospitality of the owners, who've always been helpful and kind with us, to our cute apartment facing the sea and the amazing swimming pool literally in front of our flat. If you're looking for a lovely place where you can relax in nature, look no further cause you'll be satisfied :) We'll definitely come back. Something else worth noting is that the standards of cleanliness were really high and that the residence is very dog friendly, which was very important for us! :)

Very nice residence, beautiful clean rooms with everything you need. Amazing sea view from the balcony. Close to the sea and city center, but a little bit difficult to reach it for older people without car. Very nice a kind Mariangela and her husband. Thank you one more time for everything ♥
