Lovely new hotel, walkable from station.

About 15 min walk from Main train station. Room was ok , would have been nice to have a sofa in our room, breakfast was mainly continental and would have been nicer to have greater choice. Free hot drinks is good .

Great hotel with comfy beds. City centre is nearby.

Great service and clean rooms

Stayed for 4 nights, hotel location great for walking everywhere and main railway station. Hot drinks available free 24 hours a day and a central place to sit and chat with board games available and alcohol if you required it. Rooms were fine but wanted a 2nd pillow and none available.

Nice and clean, a bit minimalistic.

I suppose you could say value for money but only as other Hamburg Hotels are too pricey. Expect a lengthy check in process

Check in was very problematic and even though I had a king size bed I was only giving a single duvet and 1 pillow. Location is ok but there is roadworks outside the hotel

The decoration & design of room is nice, carpet dirty. King bed with tiny single size duvet , only one thin Small pillow ,Bedding is inappropriate for bed size..

Expedia offering room with 1 bed for 3 people, although other sites are offering 2 rooms for this case. Customer service is not helpful! If you are a family with 4 people, Expedia will offer you again same room with 1 bed! This is not logical. They are insisting to do same wrong although hotel informed them. That was terrible experience.

It was overpriced. Booked for 3 people and i wasnt told we need to adjust on a king bed and no space for extra bed. How ever the charges were more tha booking same room for two.no additional bedding was given despite requesting till next day.thw reception and bar ataff were excelled and tried making up for these shortcomings. I would not be staying at this hite again

The hotel was good but had a lot of construction going around it. Ingress and egress was very difficult.

The place was nice and we enjoyed breakfast variety on the table and they have vegetarian food too my favorite was fresh fruit salad and home made smoothies everyday. Staffs very friendly and English speaking. The place is walkable to many places. 👍

Too much construction around causing lane closures and additional traffic. The staff was welcoming but not too helpful, the language barrier did not help.

The hotel felt like an 80s dorm. There were always groups of people hanging around outside smoking which was gross. If you like bright colours and student vibes this is the hotel for you.

Very modern styling, comfortable, but no dining or stores nearby.

It was perfect for a one night stay when you wont be spending much time in the hotel. Clean and tidy.
