Lovely food, staff were excellent and very attentive and work really hard. Room was lovely too.

Great value stay. We were in the adjoining building which has air conditioning which was appreciated as it was hot outside. We ate at the pub and the food was superb. They're a little understaffed, but do their best and are very friendly, so just need to be patient.

Overnight stay. Room was very clean but warm thanks to the current English weather and was glad of the fan in the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful (shout out to Donna), would stay again

Second stay in 12 months and again a wonderful time enjoyed. A lovely meal.Although a lot of the menu and some drinks were not available what was served was tasty and done so in a timely manner. The breakfast the following day was also more than acceptable. The convenience of the location was again a bonus and the room was clean and up to standard. Would stay again here soon.

Nice clean second floor room in lodge within grounds. Everything worked. Ample parking. Good choice for evening meal and breakfast. Helpful staff.

Well it was a warm welcome, there was 2 young ladies. So helpful, and efficient in their job. Hotel and rooms were very neat and clean. I was not included in breakfast. Bar looks big and massive hall. It was an amazing stay.

Everything you need all in one place. Clean and comfortable accommodation and all the information you need provided online. Very good accommodation at a reasonable price

I had a lovely welcome on arrival. A quick check-in and straight to my room. The rooms are always clean and tidy. I always look forward to staying here.

The room was ok. The staff was neutral. What made our stay terrible was the breakfast, there was only 1 waitress for at least 8 tables, of course she was overwhelmed. The breakfast was buffet but even arriving 1 hr before it finished, didn't guarantee having a tasty breakfast; most of the dishes were gone (i.e. waffles). It was such a mess that some people opted to prepare their own breakfast with the appliances available in the breakfast bar (toaster, oven, kettle). We will never come back to this hotel.

Empty shower bottle in the shower. The remote had fungus growing on it. Had a lot of back and forth for this. One of the towel was torn. When I mentioned all this during check and the response was ‘ok’. I was hoping for a more emphatic response as I had paid for 2 rooms.
