The room is quite spacious, the location is strategic, and the parking lot is quite narrow, but you can park in the area in front of Superindo. Cons: The glasses and drinking water containers are very dirty, look old, and look disgusting, as if they haven't been washed in a long time (as if they haven't been maintained). The bedsheets have stains that look like they've been stepped on, and the curtains/window shades are very dirty, as if they've never been cleaned. There's no soap dispenser in the bathroom/toilet. There is one, but it appears to have been removed and hasn't been repaired. The bathroom only has one shower, which flows from above like a fountain. If you don't want to wash your hair, it's quite difficult because the showerhead will soak your entire body. The bathroom drain isn't very smooth, so there's bound to be standing water while showering. The bathroom door looks worn and looks like it hasn't been maintained. Because there was a large bus group there at the same time, the hotel didn't fulfill my request when booking this hotel through Traveloka. The check-in staff wasn't very friendly. The security guards are unfriendly and unresponsive. If you're driving, you'll be charged for parking upon arrival (because the parking area is part of Superindo). The breakfast restaurant is excellent, and the food is delicious. The menu is limited, but adequate for a budget hotel like Neo. The food is delicious, and there's also an egg station serving a variety of egg dishes. A mineral water dispenser is provided.

One of the hotels in Semarang that I've chosen for my next visit. It's strategically located, right next to Superindo, with ample parking, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. The restaurant also offers delicious nasi goreng ruwet (fried rice with rice). Overall, I think it's well worth the price. I'll definitely stay here again. 👍

Cheap but comfortable and complete hotel, including breakfast with milk.

I only stayed one night and chose this hotel because of its proximity to dining options. There are quite a few restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected and requested early check-in, which the reception staff managed to accommodate. However, I missed the entrance because Google directions pointed to the Superindo entrance, which turned out to be the same gate as Superindo. For a transit stay, the hotel was quite accommodating.

Breakfast is very lack of variety🙏🏻 Surprised that a hotel like NEO has really simple breakfast, no pastries at all, only bakery and even that is just TOAST. Usually when staying at other NEO cities, there are puddings and various pastries. I regret taking a room with breakfast🙏🏻

This hotel is located in the Gajah Mungkur area. It's close to the city, but on a less crowded road. It's in the same area as Superindo and a cafe, making it very convenient if you need something the hotel doesn't have. Parking is integrated with the parking area, with a single payment for both entry and exit, and parking attendants are also friendly. The hotel staff, including security, doormen, front office staff, and others, are also very friendly. Check-in was very fast; I chose the wrong day using the app. The front office directed me to request a reschedule, which the front office team then assisted with. It wasn't long before the process was completed and I was given a room. My request for an additional key was also easily accommodated. The room is quite basic, but it's adequate and sufficient for rest. There are clothes hangers, a refrigerator, a safe, a mirror, a spacious desk, a soft mattress, and powerful air conditioning. The bathroom is also adequate, with complete toiletries and always available hot water. Still, the service from the staff is a plus! Keep it up.

A very cheap hotel for a hotel that is in a very strategic location in the center of Semarang city.

It is adjacent building with local convenience store (superindo) and cafe. Quite far from the cities. Some area in building need renovation. the mat in the coridor is old and looked dirty. The room is quite spacious and clean. Bed also comfy.
