Close to Kariadi Hospital and downstairs there is Superindo.

Hotel Neo Candi Semarang is very affordable, with a comfortable atmosphere and maintained cleanliness. It was a pleasure staying at Neo Hotel Candi Semarang.

All is good enough at this price level. This hotel is worth it.

The hotel's location, ambiance, and service are excellent. Discolored sanitary towels should be replaced.

The location is strategic. It's in the same complex as Super Indo supermarket and has a cafe below. However, the food is a bit too salty (I tried soto Semarang and mie kopyok, but both were too salty). The rice was also not well cooked. I stayed for 2 nights and I expected them to clean the room thoroughly after the first night's stay, but when I got back, I could still find strands of hair in the bathroom. There's absolutely room for improvement.

The sheets and bedcover were dirty with black stains. There was already a card stuck to it when we entered. The toilets were rusty, and the menu had very little variety. Hopefully, things will improve in the future, but the hotel needs a lot of repairs. The corridors also had many broken tiles. Even though they were covered with carpet, when we pulled our suitcases, they often got stuck because of the broken tiles.

The hotel staff is friendly, and it's close to everything. There's a Super Indo and a cafe right below the hotel, so if you suddenly get hungry at night, you won't be confused.

The location information turned out not to be Simpang Lima. The bathroom smelled, and the water from the faucet spilled and pooled on the bathroom floor. The phone was broken, so they had to leave the room to get help.

My experience with the parking, customer service, and room size was excellent. What I found uncomfortable was the lack of soundproofing in the room, and the outdated cable TV with unstable connectivity. I recommend getting a TV that can watch YouTube.

The breakfast menu could be evaluated; it's simple. A 3-star hotel shouldn't be that simple.

The hotel is quite comfortable, located right next to Superindo. The parking lot is a bit small, and if the parking lot around the hotel is full, you will be directed to park in front of Superindo. From Superindo to the hotel is very close, a 1-minute walk. The check-in process once in the lobby is quite fast, yesterday there was a welcome drink table with cucumber infused water. The room is quite comfortable, the AC is cold, and there is a dispenser for drinking water. The bathroom is quite clean, because there are bathroom flies in the bathroom, which increase in number as the night goes on. Next, the hotel should find a way to eliminate bathroom flies.

A comfortable hotel near the center of Semarang at a reasonable price. Friendly service. If you're visiting Semarang, definitely consider staying here.

The facilities and service are standard for hotels in the 500,000 rupiah range. The rooms are clean, with soft mattresses, but the shower water isn't hot; the sink water is hot. If the refrigerator in your room isn't working, it's best to contact the concierge immediately. Parking is spacious, utilizing the Superindo parking lot. There's also the Sorak Sorai Cafe, which is quite pleasant and comfortable.
