Overall very good. Location and surroundings nice.

We stay here almost every year. We're from Kalimantan, and every time we stay here, we stay for more than a week. It's comfortable, close to everything, has lots of food, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. I always come here when I'm in Bandung.

Not as pictured. The bathroom was dirty, the water was sometimes low, leaking sewage, and sometimes the hot water wouldn't cool down. The location was great. Late check-out was possible for an additional 50,000 Rupiah per hour.

Very impressive, will come back again when on holiday to Bandung.

The room was large because I chose a king size. Drinks were a long way from me; I had to go outside in front of the elevator, not served in the room.

For room 218, the TV sometimes has sound, sometimes not.

Yesterday, I had a problem opening my hotel room door. I asked the receptionist, and a technician immediately came. It's very close to the Asia Afrika town square.

The staff was friendly at check-in and check-out, the room was clean, and I stayed for two nights. When I left, the room was clean and tidy again. There was hot water, too, making it comfortable.

Lacking in TV channels, the amenities in the room and bathroom are somewhat complete.

The AC wasn't cold. I'm sure it was dirty. It was never checked. The bathroom was filthy. I booked a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray. Strange. The water smelled.

The hotel is comfortable and cool, perfect for those wanting to visit Braga and Bandung's town square. It's walkable, strategically located, and clean. However, perhaps because it's located on the side of the road, the soundproofing from the outside is a bit poor.

The AC was hot, the sheets were dirty, there were small cockroaches on the floor, the door wouldn't lock from the inside, and the TV wouldn't work. I don't know why, maybe it was just my room. I didn't report it or ask for a room change because it was a hassle. The good thing is the staff was friendly and tried to recover upon checkout.
