A comfortable hotel for a staycation. The spacious, new-looking rooms feature soft mattresses, and the room I chose has a smart TV. The lighting is good, giving it a luxurious feel. The bathroom is also great, with a powerful rain shower. The hotel's facilities are quite varied, including a gym and a large swimming pool. The breakfast is delicious, but I found the menu to be lacking in variety. I'll be back again when I'm in Malang. 👍

The hotel is still clean. The room is spacious and tidy. The bathroom is also clean. The staff are friendly, and there is plenty of parking available. Minor issues: There is a slight but constant vibration in certain areas, especially in my room on the 9th floor. I'm not sure what’s causing it. The bathroom needs more clothes hangers or shelves. The wait time for the elevators is also quite long, even though there are three of them.

Overall, this hotel is very good. First time coming to Malang and staying here, it gave me a very comfortable overnight experience, starting from the friendly and very good staff service, also the location of the hotel which is very close to the center of Malang, in short, this hotel is highly recommended and also the price is very affordable with such service, it is very satisfying.

Overall, this hotel is charming, has a peaceful atmosphere, relatively friendly staff, and is clean. Unfortunately, there was a slight inconvenience between the receptionist and the room attendant, who was slow to coordinate when requesting room amenities over the intercom.

I couldn't sleep at night because the sound of motorbike racing on the highway in front of the hotel entered my room, checking in at 1:00 PM wasn't possible, it had to be at 2:00 PM, ordering food via ojol had to be picked up in the basement, not in the lobby.
