1. The hair conditioner has been mixed with water. Very diluted 2. Welcome note not changed or updated with new guests name. 304 3. Dry blood stains spotted in the curtain. It shows the curtain hasn't been cleaned/changed for very long. 304 4. Half full mineral bottle was found in the fridge as leftover. This proves that the room wasn't fully clean before handed over to the next guest. The bottle was handed to your housekeeping supervisor when she was cleaning room 313 at approximately 2.45pm on 21 September 2019 (Saturday). 5. Checking in process was horrendous. Worse than a lodge or guesthouse. My booking was made through app and has been fully paid via credit card. However during check in process, the front office told me my bill is not settled and that I've not yet pay. I told her I've fully paid. Then she claimed Exp*d** haven't settle with the hotel. Well, few things here to highlight: a) I did not make booking via Exp*d**. How could the hotel got mixed up? b) Been a customer for many years, this is the first time a hotel staff explained about non payment settlement between the hotel and the voucher issuer. Hotel should settle with voucher issuer and not causing inconveniences to guests. c) When I confronted front office, she showed me a kind of face, in the presence of another male front office staff and an lady guest. This is indeed trying to cause embarrassing moment for me and is a very unprofessional act from the hotel staff! I definitely seek apology from front office on this. d) I was told by front office to have a seat while waiting for check in, but there wasn't any seat available, since they are occupied by checking in customers and their bags are sitting in the chairs! The staff are not attentive enough with their surroundings. e) After the entire incident, I wasn't offered any welcome drink. front office had earlier offered other guests. I had to ask front office for it! Was it because I booked through app and it's cheap? Double standard practice by the hotel staff? 6. WiFi connection is very poor, with intermittent connections and sometimes not able to connect at all. Not as described. 7. No sound proof. You could hear what's playing on the TV from next door. Also, sounds of items dropping on the floor from a floor higher up. Overall, nothing so impressive from the hotel, except bed comfort and nice garden. Cleanliness: 5/10 Location: 7.5/10 Service/Staff helpfulness: 3/10 (due to check in hassles) Room comfort: 7.5/10. Only upon check out, the AM, Ms Tina apologised. However the entire stay was ruined by the check in process.
