The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Mr. Denni. Thank you for your help and support during my stay. I was also very impressed by the breakfast team. On my first day, I informed them that I am lacto-intolerant, and by the next morning they had already arranged plant-based milk for me. Their attentiveness, kindness, and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel service was good. Unfortunately, the room service was disappointing. We ordered food and it took a long time to arrive, about an hour. We even had to call the restaurant to ask how much longer it would be. From the time the kids started bathing until they fell asleep because the food never arrived. What was even more disappointing was that the food arrived in the room cold. We ordered a milkshake with the foam from the ice cream shrinking inward, and the taste was terrible. Yesterday, I got free early check-in and an upgrade to an executive suite view for just an additional 150,000 Rupiah. The room was spacious. There were two TVs. There was a bathtub. There was a water dispenser in the room so you could drink as much water as you wanted. The gym was quite complete. The breakfast menu was very comprehensive. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The location is also close to everything.
