Parking was bad and overcharged. We needed to change a room because our first room was smoking room that we did not request. We will never go back again.

Best hotel in Kurume!! Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms! I stayed for one night and really enjoyed my experience. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the front desk team was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Book room for 4pax (2A2C) but only 2 sets of towel given. Request to add but was told it would be chargeable. Disappointed with the hotel service. Will not recommend.

A rather dated hotel. Can’t pick on anything if you wanted a simple bed and a functioning toilet. Old room design. Spacious room with a large massage chair stuck in the middle of the room. Parking is quite cool and convenient though.
