The hotel atmosphere is very calm and cool, the staff are friendly.. the place is clean.. the mines on traveloka are written there is billiards but in the hotel there is not.. the breakfast choices are very limited..

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean, breakfast quality of the food was good even though was not buffet. We were so happy with the resort that we extended our stay for 1 more night.

The place is good and nice service. From my colleague experienced they were satisfied except for the half open toilet. But truly it 's OK with me. And got different sensation with it. 🥰.

While I enjoy their peaceful places, I must say that the staff was unfriendly, especially the woman. Knowing that a majority of guests in Bali (or almost anywhere) pay attention to staff friendliness, this hotel needs to improve its hospitality and treats guest like family, not commodity.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and spacious for 2 people. We also had smooth check in with friendly staff at the reception. For those who are looking for hotel with a touch of bali’s orginal look, then it’s the right place.

it's great to stay here ..and receptionist so helped us. It has free shuttle to Ubud city and you can walking around here. The room is so big and you can fell homey to stay. For breakfast is delicious and the menu you can choose for what you like, etc Nasi Goreng Bakmi Goreng for Indonesian Food or Some bread and bacon for American Food Style 💗

Nice and comfy place. Room was surrounded by gardens definitely brighten up our morning. Staff so friendly.

The hotel was old and we found snakes in the bathroom very scary.

Comfortable place ,, comfortable room ,, just the mattress is not too soft and sounds. The bathroom is an outdoor feel but privacy really with bathup but unfortunately the water is a small shower, no shower on the toilet. Likes with lots of plants, there is a reading room, swimming pool. Breakfast minimal with ala carte. I love his coffee .. recommended for stay

Overall we like stayed at taman harum, we back to this place again after coming on 2013 and we still feel personal experience here. Anyway there some thing to be improved for the service such as laundry, bathroom and room facilities.

We booked 2 bedrooms cottage, the room was clean and comfort. Breakfast and service are excellent. Only the bathroom and wastafel sink are clogged / water drains very slow and creates puddle in the bathroom. Overall was a nice experience at Taman Harum, will consider for the next trip. Thanks
