The resort is now outdated unfortunately. We had a deluxe room, the shower was not working properly. We had to have shower within the bathtub, worried about being slippery. Having said this, breakfast was spot on, a double thumb to the chefs.

Beautiful hotel located right on the beach. Wonderful facilities and exceptionally friendly staff. Would definitely stay again and have no hesitation recommending to other travelers. Right next door to the airport.

Very nice location, but some staff not very friendly but mostly are okay. Good food. Need to improve the garden (I am stay at room 485) surrounding is very dry and not well maintained. And also the building it's look old and dirty. Room building need to repainted.

The Hotel was great, facilities fab for the kids, everything was very nice until we got offered to have the seafood barbeque for dinner ,it was not good in case of qty,we were 13 people, and 8 of then are children rannge age 7 to 20, the price became not worth, to get the seafood we must queue at the grill spot and everytime it was only enough for 3-5 persons while we had more than 35 people starving waiting for the grill to be done.If we only sit, for sure we will miss the clamps, squid and prawn ( we only get fried rice with 2 small pcs of fish, and 3-4 prawn each, the fish soup left onky water without cut fish, we didnt get squid and clamp because they said no more squid and clamps and it was 730 PM. I gave this complain to the manager already, and i hope for the better int he future. thank you

I arrived before 2 pm but the staff allowed me to check in early because I was with my family and we got a room with direct access, which was great 🥰. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and suitable for both locals and foreigners. Our favorite spot was the swimming pool, the view directly to the beach added to this place's points 🫶🏻. The sunset was beautiful and there was live music and a DJ, it was really great. Suitable for families who want to vacation in Bali. The hotel is very close to the airport because it is next to the airport so you can see the planes up close too heheh. Thank you to the kind and friendly hotel staff 🫶🏻. Hopefully next year if I go home to Indonesia again I can stay here again 🙏❤️

Spacious room, comfort, good view, and friendly staff

The hotel is old, lacking maintenance in the outdoor area of the room. But the room is clean and okay. The swimming pool is clean. Only the garden and the room building lack maintenance. So at night the impression is really "scary". The food is not very varied. For a night's stay it's okay. Especially if the next day you want to relax at the airport because it is right next to the airport.

It was a great place to unwind and very comfortable. Thank you.

I was disappointed with the housekeeping room because the glass from the previous guest was not replaced and still had lipstick marks on it and from check in to check out for 2 days it still had not been replaced. Amenities were also not refilled. Overall all the services were okay except for the housekeeping room which was very bad.

The room is very spacious and clean. It's a perfect place to stay if you'll have a flight on the next day. Unfortunately, there's no minimarket nearby that can be accessed by walking.

A highly recommended hotel if you go to Bali, close to the airport and in the city center. The rooms are spacious and the service is very top, especially since we were picked up by a buggy car everywhere. The facilities are also very good and complete, especially the food is all delicious.

Have been on vacation with family twice staying here. Always satisfied. And definitely will come back here again because everything is complete! Best!
