Stay overnight here, a resort with Balinese nuances and ornaments in every building. The employees are friendly, there are lots of activities like free yoga (and I really like it, I forgot the name of the instructor but sir, thank you for helping me correct my wrong poses), shuttle to the center of Ubud, the facilities are also complete, there is a kids club which makes my child happy. Big thanks to Mba Wayan and Mba Yeyen at the KidsClub, the pool also has a clean view of the infinity forest, there are pool attendants on standby. The room service menu is varied even though it is pricy, the breakfast is complete and the staff are very helpful and also provides eggs and coffee which can be ordered from the staff, handled by Mrs. Dewi very friendly. I got the opportunity to take complimentary photos which will become a memorable memory for our stay at Maya Ubud and most of the guests are foreign guests, rarely local guests, luxury but worth it!

The service was excellent and impressive. The hotel is unique, clean, and comfortable. There were some minor issues with access to the hotel due to road repairs.

Our villa is not fit for 2 adults and 2 kids as offered at traveloka apps. In the room there are the setting only for 3 people. We tried to explain but the hotel are not willing to cooperate.

Best for couple. Very quiet and calm. Very huge hotel complex. Better stay for 2 days or more to enjoy all their facilities.

Bad. Won't come back here. I booked a queen/king bed. But twin beds are provided which are combined so the middle bed is very hard. Already complained but still not replaced. The toilet bidet was also broken.

The placement of the extra bed is not okay. Requests for additional towels due to extra beds were not responded to well until check out, the towels never came.

The experience of staying at Maya Ubud was very pleasant, starting from the staff at the entrance to the staff inside, everything was good. Clean rooms. The atmosphere of the place to stay is very good.

Forest river pool! Amazing experience & just what I was looking for. What you can usually only hear from YouTube forest water ambiance, is now enjoyed on-site. The service is also 5 stars. Get a promo price from. Often yes, bravo.

Stayed on a special day because of Eid. Hotel rooms are perfectly arranged, natural views & clean air. The hotel is very beautiful, although when we checked in we waited until 4 pm everything was understandable in order to support Bali back to normal. I love Maya Ubud Bali.

Great hotel with nice staffs but the breakfast is somewhat limited in terms of choices. Also Internet wasn't working in stable manner which was only resolved on last day.

2Hr nginep di sini. Hari pertama kurang memuaskan. Begitu masuk room nyala AC, AC langsung bocor dan banyak serangga masuk ke dalam kamar sampai naik ke ranjang. Hari kedua pagi setelah di komplein, dilakukan perbaikan jadi lebih nyaman. Ditingkatkan lagi aja service nya. Jangan dikomplein dulu baru dikerjakan. Breakie nya enak juga. 2hr ini makanannya bervariasi. Ga selalu sama di 2hr ini. Overall oke.

The hotel is nice and pleasant. The swimming pool facilities are nice and attractive. Free Coffee Time is spectacular.

I am quite comfortable staying here. Quiet atmosphere, good staff and service. The rooms are also clean. As for the food, I don't think it tastes good, I ordered fried rice & fried noodles and both tasted salty.
