From check-in to check-out, everything was satisfying... the service was excellent... (lots of promotions from Hard Rock) You get one free photo taken by other paparazzi, but it's very expensive, 100,000 Rupiah per file... The Hard Rock Hotel Bali was definitely a satisfying stay.

Everything's fine. However, I have a correction: 1. TO THE RECEPTIONIST. Please ensure the number listed on the computer data matches the phone number the customer entered on the form the hotel requested. We were only able to check in at 4:30 PM because the staff sent the wrong WhatsApp message regarding room availability. 2. Please provide an umbrella at the security post. Due to the rainy season, the security post is far from the lobby, and not all guests use cars (Bali is congested. Cars = suffering from sitting for hours), and motorcycles are not permitted in the lobby.

Very comfortable stay at Hard Rock Bali, traveling with family (wife, 3 children aged 12, 10, 5 years old) sofa set up into an extended bed 2 children's beds and breakfast all can enter the restaurant... best hotel 👍👍

It's just a shame, there was a cockroach in my child's bathroom, which my child is really afraid of, so in the end I contacted housekeeping to come to the room to exterminate the cockroaches.

The place is cozy and its located on the center of kuta. Maybe just need to be upgraded for the interior of the room , i dont feel like staying at a 5 star hotel thats an overview from my room at wing 1. Overall i am ok and happy staying there. They give alot of vouchers at the cafe and shop. Thanks

Located on Kuta Beach, family-friendly, with a decent breakfast variety and taste, and live music every night. Room rates are a bit pricey, but worth the experience.

The hotel is really cool, it is recommended that if you go to Bali, you must stay at Hard Rock.
