One of the hotels with a strategic location. Perfect for business or short trips.

On average all aspects are very good

Mutiara Hotel is my favorite hotel when doing a business trip to Banjar. We can find many street foods you can choose (Cuangki Station), home-style cooking, can catch dinner/lunch/breakfast, then a 10-minute walk to Bandung station (many rental motorcycles/cars, etc.) Fast check-in/out, clean room, friendly staff, and comfortable. The hotel is an old building but the building is clean and well maintained, the service is friendly from all staff, the location is close to culinary spots in front and beside the hotel, the room facilities are functioning AC, water, sink, TV only has local channels, only one swimming pool was under maintenance when the visit so the children were a little disappointed not to be able to swim, otherwise it was okay.

I was disappointed to stay at this hotel for one night because a cockroach crawled out of the bathroom drain. Although the staff was very responsive, my child was already scared from the start because he saw the cockroach as soon as he entered the room, and then another one came out in the bathroom. My request to change rooms was canceled due to the full room, but again, my child felt uncomfortable seeing the creature. The staff and security were very helpful.

Booked two rooms because I wanted to take the Damri train to Lampung in the morning. Highly recommended. Strategic location, just a 5-minute walk to the Damri pool and the station.

The location is okay. The swimming pool is small. If it were bigger, it would be more fun. I haven't tried the food yet. But there are lots of food stalls around the hotel. I'm walking distance to Kartika Souvenirs, Paskal 23 Mall, etc.

An old hotel that's still well-maintained. It's very close to Bandung Station. Overall, it's okay and well worth it. Unfortunately, breakfast isn't provided. I'll definitely come back again.

Anytime stay at Mutiara Hotel and Convention  when got train early morning, will start business trip. you can choose  many food point in the street, can catch dinner/lunch/breakfast.  10minute walking to Bandung station. The hotel is quite ok, easy access to everywhere

The room was comfortable and clean, with fresh air. It was close to everything. My kids and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Thank you.

The location is close to the train station and Bandung Kartika Sari souvenir center, the rooms are very comfortable.

This hotel is strategically located near the station and everywhere. There are plenty of food stalls around the hotel, and BYJ sells souvenirs. There's a child-friendly policy in the hotel rooms. The water heater works, but the only downside is that the room feels damp.

The location is very strategic, close to Bandung Station, in front of the hotel there are rows of food shops, next to a souvenir shop. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful with the check-in/out process, helping carry luggage to the room, and helping cross the very busy road. The hotel is very neat, clean, and fragrant. Alhamdulillah, highly recommended. Thank you all 🙏

Upon arrival, I immediately found a strategic hotel near Bandung Station. It's convenient for getting around, and it's centrally located, with a great price and a swimming pool. I also learned that check-in is possible until 5 a.m., but check-out is open until 12 p.m., so I highly recommend it. The place is cool, comfortable, and not intimidating.

The location is strategic, right in front of many food stalls, close to Kartika Sari, and close to the station, so the road in front of the hotel is quite busy. The room was fine, the sheets were clean, but the towels were a bit smelly. It's true that the bed makes noise when you move while sleeping.

I will be back for a stay when visiting Bandung again

So Far So Good... Clean Room with good condition,, only the tv quite small compare with the room.

It's an older hotel but still well-maintained, with excellent service, ample parking, and plenty of food nearby. It's also just a short walk from Paskal Shopping Center.
