One of my favorite Mutiara hotels to stay at near the station when I’m on a business trip to Banjar. The hotel is located near many of Bandung’s famous dining spots, as well as numerous car and motorcycle rental services. We can also use the GrabFood and GoFood apps, walking past all kinds of street food on the way to Indomaret-alfamart, if you want to shop or buy ready-to-eat meals. The check-in and check-out processes are quick, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the stay is comfortable. Thank you, Traveloka.

I was impressed with the location and service, but the rooms could use some renovation. This was my first time visiting Bandung, and I chose to stay here because of its convenient location, not far from the train station. The parking lot was very spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. There's an Alfamart and Indomaret nearby, which is incredibly convenient. Areas for improvement: ❌️ The rooms are quite old, and the air conditioning is only moderately cool. Renovations would be appreciated. ❌️ The water heater and shower system are still old-style (with a lever for hot and cold water), making it a bit difficult to adjust the temperature. Overall, it's good value for money considering the location and convenience.

It's very close to Bandung station. It's fine for a layover. But it's better to book a single bed. The bathroom is very clean.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the two men when I checked in on August 16-17, 2026. I happened to book 5 rooms and requested them all on the first floor because I have an elderly person with me, and the hotel granted all of them. Thank you Hotel Mutiara & I will totally come back when I come to Bandung.

The television was not working because there was no Wi-Fi network, the bathroom floor was slippery, the swimming pool water was a bit dirty.

Recommendation for those who want to stay near Bandung station.

Stayed here overnight. It's great, the pool is there, and the kids loved it. The only downside is there's no breakfast, but there are plenty of culinary options nearby since it's close to Bandung Station. The atmosphere is lively because it's in the city center. The staff and security are all friendly. The room was a bit less than clean. Otherwise, it's fine, I'd stay again if I were to visit Bandung.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Mutiara Hotel. The atmosphere is serene and beautiful, thanks to the abundance of trees. It's located in the city center (near Paskal 23 Mall and Bandung Station). If you're hungry, there are plenty of street food outlets across from the hotel. I didn't expect the interior to be so nice. Although the room looked a bit vintage, everything worked perfectly—the TV, AC, water heater, faucet, and flush—and everything worked perfectly.

Mutiara Hotel & Convention is my favorite hotel when transiting on a business trip to Banjar by Lodaya Train. Many street food options are available near Martabak Panjo, Cuangki Station, and Kartikasari store. It's a 15-minute check-in to the station and BRI-BNI ATM. Many varieties of food are available at the restaurant station for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, there are grabfood/gofood options at the hotel. Fast check-in/out, clean room, friendly staff, and comfortable. Thank you Traveloka.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. On the last day, the toilet flush stopped working in the morning. Please address this with hotel management.

This hotel is affordable, inexpensive, and has a fairly clean bathroom. Although it seems old, it's beautiful. The swimming pool is also nice.

The location is close to the culinary center. Across the street from the hotel are many delicious restaurants and the Kartikasari souvenir center. The rooms are spacious and quite clean, although the interior is quite vintage.

The bathroom is really clean. I'll stay here again next time.
