Very nice hotel. Strategic location. Located in a shopping center. Below it is a mall that sells cheap goods/souvenirs. However, the surrounding roads are congested.

The hotel area is full of food, access to Big C, Central World, Platinum and Pratunam market is just walking distance. Next to the hotel there is 7eleven and mc donald. In front of the hotel there is nasi hainam which is open until dawn.

I really enjoyed my 4 days stay at this hotel. Very close and connected to the shopping center. The staffs are friendly and very helpful to fulfill all our needs during our stay. All services are excellent, only the WiFi network is not working properly. Breakfast is quite complete and delicious. The swimming pool is functioning well, very nice.

The AC is not cool and there are plenty of cracks in the room. And the reception is not answering the phone (not even 9 o'clock in the evening).

Stayed at The Berkeley for the second time, always happy to stay here. All the hotel staff are friendly, requesting to move rooms is also very easy. When moving rooms there were some items left behind, but the hotel staff returned them without anything missing. Overall, The Berkeley Pratunam is the best. Thank you so much The Berkeley.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel service is excellent. The distance to places to eat and shop is close and can be reached on foot.

A very affordable 5 star hotel but still with its quality and excellent service. The food is also very friendly to Muslims because almost all the menus are halal.

Big room, clean, and good price. Staff are nice and friendly... Near shopping area and easy to find a lot of good food... Highly recommended. Big swimming pool and the gym was big and nice...
