I dont like giving negative reviews but I can’t fully recommend this stay in its current state. The communication was great and we received excellent customer service when it came to check in and messaging during the stay. The location is also excellent as it is neither too close or too far from the city center. However there were a few glaring issues that could not be fixed during our stay and to be fair we did not bring up as it would have involved us stopping our trip to wait for potential repairs. The first of which was AC which was not effective and being on the second floor the loft stayed very hot throughout the day and night. There is also only about 4 feet of clearance in the upper floor of loft so bumping your head is a regular occurrence. The last step going up to the upper floor of the loft is also loose which seemed unsafe. The cleanliness of the apartment could also be better. Lastly there was a strange sewer like smell that permeated the apartment. I had read about it on an earlier review but it seems to still be an issue about year later. Overall for the price I was expecting more.

Nice staff. Good location

The area around the property was nice, but the property it self wasn’t very clean. The sofa couch sheets were dirty and when I asked for new ones I was told no because it would cost extra. I tried contacting the manager and nothing ever got resolved. I loved the city but hated my stay.

I was so confortable staying in this Loft because it was like literalelly having My Owe Apartment, with everything: living and dinning room, kitchen and my bed in a sencond level. I was just few minutes walking to The Historical Area (Palazzo and Ponte Vecchio, Galleria Uffizi, Palazzo Piti, La Acadmia, Piazzale Michelangelo where you have a great Panoramic View of Firenze, buses stations, etc.).

So happy to be directly out of the tourist area but still easy walking distance to everything. If you stay here you have to go to the bakery across the street. Big Bakery was the best we have had by far. One of our best days in a long time started with Big. ENJOY!

Very amazing property. We got lost working the trams on the way there and the owner was understanding and accepted our late arrival, and was helpful with directions. Very good spot, close to everything and very quiet. 10/10

Nice location and perfect for 1-2 people!

The space is large and looks nice but there is a quite odd smell in the room that I couldn’t place. Tried opening the windows and it didn’t do anything. The hot water goes in and out and is hard to get at the right temperature when showering. The toilet seat was loose so you are sitting slanted on it. The air conditioning barely worked and the radiator in the bathroom turned on our last day there, no labeled controls for turning that off anywhere. Location is very good and there is plenty to do around there. Easy to get around the city from there as well.

We were a family of 4 and found a comfortable place for a 4 nights stay. The place has AC which was a life saver during the heat wave that struck Florence at the time. The only drawback was the pull-out couch downstairs which wasn't the most comfortable and the host who advertised a dinner place which turned out to be more of a tourist trap (avoid the restaurant called 4 Leoni, we got charged 24 euros for a kid plate, 12 euros for the bread, and the steak was much smaller than what we saw later that week). We ended up having a great time for much less in the nearby restaurants, such as Osteria Antica)

Location is good. All the rest is just OK.

El lugar está bien, para lo que es funciona perfecto, desafortunadamente la opinión que tengo sobre la amabilidad del staff que nos recibió no puedo decir lo mismo, tuvimos una situación al llegar y no parecieron muy comprensibles, no somos locales, es normal perderse, parecieron hasta molestos y nos recibió con un poco de disgusto. Por otro lado de las 2 noches que estuvimos, ambas nos quedamos sin luz durante 3 horas, no estaba encendida la calefacción para el agua y el aire acondicionado no era suficiente para la parte superior del apartamento. Pedimos apoyo y lo único que podían hacer era mandar a alguien a las 9:30, cuando estás de vacaciones lo que quieres es salir a temprano y aprovechar el dia, y de manera personal, no nos sentíamos cómodos con que alguien entrara al apartamento con todas nuestras pertenencias mientras no estuviéramos. No teníamos con que encender la estufa y la llave de paso del gas estaba cerrada también. En general la estancia estuvo bien, muy a secas.

Muy buena ubicación para museos

Appartement propre, très bien situé avec des commerces et restaurants à proximité. Acceuil moyen ,la personne est arrivée en retard au check-in, et j ai envoyé une question par la messagerie mais elle n'a pas répondu.

Ha sido una pena que en un viaje tan bonito y con unas condiciones tan favorables se desaproveche la posibilidad de dejar un magnífico sabor de boca. El apartamento está en una zona muy buena y agradable, está bien decorado, pero no se ha tenido ni el más mínimo detalle para hacer agradable la estancia. Cuando habrías el portal te encontrabas el suelo lleno de serrín. Una vez dentro no había ni un grano de sal, ni de azúcar, ni una gota de aceite, NI UN POCO DE LAVAVAJILLAS para no tener que dejar los platos que usáramos sucios. El router del WIFI estaba en el suelo sobre su caja, enchufado, pero sin conectar por lo que no había conexión. Nos recibió un chico muy simpático, pero que no conocía apenas el apartamento. Pedimos que nos arreglaran el WIFI y "alguien" entró cuando no estábamos y dejó un minirouter que apenas permitía conectarte. En fin, una pena, de haber sabido todo esto desde luego no habríamos elegido este apartamento.

Appartement agréable dans l'ensemble. Super emplacement dans le quartier Niccolo, à 10' à pied du pont Vecchio. Facilement accessible en bus de ville depuis la gare ce qui évite des frais de taxi. Équipement de base insuffisant concernant les indispensables pour cuisiner. Nous avons été obligé d'acheter du sel, poivre, vinaigre, sucre, produits vaisselle pour notre séjour de 4 jours. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

저렴한가격에 가족이 머물기에는 꽤 괜찮았음. 미켈란젤로 언덕아래에 있어서 걸어서 가기도 괜찮았음
