The view is really nice, and the room is quite comfortable, but it's not soundproof at all. Luckily, the rooms next to the foreign tourists so it's not too clear to hear what's being said. In front of the room, the beach is clean. But the night guard often disappears, and is asked to fix the lights that are out, with lots of excuses, even saying the technician is in Bali, oh dear... turns out they only changed the bulb inside, but in the end, the morning guard, a woman, changed it.

The staff is friendly, the air conditioning is cold as soon as we arrived, even though it was only 12 o'clock, but we were allowed to go straight into the room, it was ready, the air conditioning was cold, in front of the room it was really good, straight to the beach, the bathroom was clean and spacious hahaha, okay, I can come back again sometime, especially if I get a promo, hehehe

Nice location. Rooms are clean with large bed. Bedding could be little bit nicer as there is only a bottom sheet and a blanket on top that is kind of scratchy. Breakfast was nice. Staff are helpful. Only real problem is the amount of noise that comes from the upstairs rooms. Book an upstairs room if you are a light sleeper. We would return and recommend to people wanting a stay right on the beach. 😊

The view from our room was great, but I expected too much. The huts are badly insulated nouse wise and the AC did not function properly. The breakfast was very poor, at the second day, we can't take a shower because no water. The bad location, and maintenance gets a negative from us. We wouldn't recommend it!

(+) View of the room facing the sea, you can relax in front of the room while enjoying the beach. The bedroom and bathroom are clean, the AC is cold and the TV is a smart TV. (-) If someone is staying in the upper room, the sound of their footsteps can be heard in the lower room, which is very disturbing for those staying in the lower room. In the bathroom there likes to be water droplets from above. It's difficult to park a motorbike when the motorbikes are busy.

So good to staycation in here! So recommended 👍🏻.

Cozy place sih ini buat area Nusa Penida, booking 2 kamar atas dan bawah, kalau untuk kamar bagus kok sesuai foto, tapi emang ga kedap suara dan kalau ada yang jalan di atas kedengeran banget, maklum sih karena kayu. Cuma saran aja min, breakfast dengan harga kamar segitu bisa dirubah lebih variatif, mungkin ditambah buah-buahan, omelet terlalu asin, roti terlalu keras, nasi goreng juga kerasa hambar dan orange jus bisa pakai yang standard bukan pakai jus sachet-an ☺🙏🏻 Staff nya kurang ramah sih menurut saya, kalau yang cowok saat terima kami saat check in masih oke, yang pagi perempuan antar breakfast ke kami, bener-bener kaya merusak mood pagi-pagi, mana nasi gorengnya masih ada potongan bungkus Ladaku 🤦🏼‍ ♀ Boleh di training lagi sih itu, how to treat the guests as well ☺ Buat saya yang juga seorang hotelier ini masih perlu di training lagi sih staff dan standard breakfast nya 🙏🏻.

Tempatnya bagus view bagus fasilitas lengkap, kami tinggal di lantai bawah padahal sudah pesan di lantai atas tidak ada konfirmasi hanya tersedia di lantai bawah saja, minus kamar di lantai bawah itu pasir pantai terbawa ke dalam, karena bangunan dari kayu otomatis akan berisik jika ada penghuni di lantai atas yang sedang berjalan, dan wc lantai atas bocor sehingga ada tetesan air tembus ke kamar mandi bawah, terakhir staff kurang ramah.

Pemandangan sangat indah, staff baik dan ramah, kamar bersih harum dan dingin. Lingkungan nyaman sunyi lokasi strategis.

The hotel is neat, clean, has a special view, there's only a slight drawback, yes, it's rinse water.

The rooms and facilities are very nice and the view is beautiful. But it's noisy because lots of roosters crow day and night so you don't sleep well.

There is no food or drink for sale, but easy access.

This cottage got its own beachfront which is awesome! The common area is very cozy with bean bags and lazy chairs. Clean bathroom, and decent bedroom, it also got a mini fridge which is essential for keeping your beverages chilled (Nusa Penida temperature is on the higher scale). Make sure you choose the upper room to get the best beach view and avoid getting disturbed by footsteps from the floor above you. It 's entrance is a bit hidden, but located on the main road in Ped area, so accessibility is great!

Great views of the sea and mountains, only the beach is dirty maybe it can be cleaned.

The hotel is clean, it's just that the clerk because there is only 1 so it's often difficult to contact, and the water is a little brackish. But the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, direct view of Mount Agung. Very beautiful.
