Such a beautiful hotel, ideally located in Catherdral island.. spacious rooms, fabulous decor, delicious breakfast and really attentive and friendly staff. We're already planning our return.

The room and the entire hotel were exceptionally clean, aesthetically pleasing, and very comfortable. The soundproofing was outstanding, ensuring The Bridge and restful stay. On top of that, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the visit.

Spotless, stylish, and incredibly quiet – a true gem I can’t recommend this hotel enough. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by how exceptionally clean and well-maintained everything was. The entire space – not just the room but the common areas too – feels fresh, aesthetic, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work. What stood out the most, however, was the peace and quiet. The soundproofing here is remarkable. I’m a light sleeper, and I didn’t hear a single noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. Total silence at night – an absolute luxury in a hotel. And then, the staff. Truly ultra-helpful and wonderfully pleasant. Every request was met with a smile and genuine willingness to assist. Whether it was recommendations, extra towels, or just a warm greeting at the front desk – they made the stay feel effortless and welcoming. If you value cleanliness, comfort, silence, and kind service – book this place. It’s a rare find.

Really good hotel, the staff are attentive and friendly. Nice quiet area and within easy walk of restaurants. The Hôtel restaurant is also very good.

Fantastic room, brilliant location and great choice of drinks at the bar. Cocktails are a must. Spa area is nice and relaxing but does get busy.

Everything was excellent

Lovely hotel, beautiful location. Bars and restaurants are all about 10-20 min walk. Disappointed that it wasn’t clear the rooftop bar was closed in winter, it was a beautiful day on Friday and Saturday and I would have loved to sit on the roof.

Good location; nice clean hotel

The location is unbeatable, site seeing and stunning architecture, beautiful history right out your front door. The room and facilities were meticulous. Easy walking to the beautiful bridges of Wroclaw, the University district and more. The steam room and saunas were a perfect wrap up at the end of the day, particularly with the night sky over the relaxation room. Catching the Lamplighter out front before sunset was a special bonus, along with the adorable resting gnome.

Our stay at The Bridge Hotel was absolutely superb from start to finish. Even before we arrived, the communication via email was professional and helpful, setting a great tone for our visit. ​Unbeatable Location: The hotel is located in a stunning area right next to the Cathedral. It’s a beautiful, historic spot—you can even catch the traditional lamp lighter right in front of the hotel! The Rynek (City Center) is a scenic 20-minute walk away, which we loved because it allowed us to cross the famous bridges, enjoy the architecture, and spot the famous Wroclaw dwarfs along the way. ​Modern Design & Rooms: The hotel’s design is modern, unique, and very stylish; you feel that "premium touch" everywhere, including the rooms. Our room was well-designed and worked perfectly for our family of four. Additionally, the housekeeping was excellent—our room was cleaned daily, even on the days we had a late start. ​Outstanding Staff: The staff were truly the highlight of our stay. A special thank you to Katherina at reception for being so friendly, patient, and helpful—she is a credit to the team! The rest of the reception and dining staff were equally professional and welcoming. ​Dining & Bar: * Breakfast: Highly recommended! It was delicious, the variety was great, and the service was attentive and friendly. ​The Bar: Don't miss out on the cocktails—they were very well-made and the lobby area is a beautiful place to relax.

Everything was good: room, restaurant, gym, etc. I did, however, have my headphones stolen from my room. I suspect the cleaning staff, but I couldn't prove it and the hotel showed no interest in following up.
