Alot of parking but no cameras around in parking lot. They dont seem to care if anything would or should happen to your car. Ive seen reviews of breakins and luckily our car was fine but made us uneasy.

Hello!! Whenever we come to Charlotte, this hotel is always our first choice to stay. We really enjoy this spot, but could we possibly have some GRITS on the breakfast bar? Princess also wanted to mention that it would be great to have a designated doggy area. Thanks!! :)

Slept great

Clean, nice people. Not a lot around, but a good Vietnamese restaurant with noodles and tea.

New hotel with modern decorum and room was very clean and ready for use. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked perfectly. Outdoor pool was really nice, minus the temperature due to the recent rain. Towels were provided and linens in the room were nice and big. The walk-in closet was wonderful and very spacious.

Everything was perfect!

Nice, convenient hotel. Will stay again.

Easily the best hotel in the Charlotte area. Stayed at a few including some of the expensive ones Uptown for a conference. But this one was far and away the best hotel that I stayed at in the North Carolina area. Huge rooms, everything is clean and new. Highly recommend.

This hotel is one of the best for any stay in Charlotte. Great location, access to any part of Charlotte.

Girl at front desk was very nice and professional

They were very accommodating for my dog and me. They put us on the ground floor near the exit so I could take Daisie out as needed. The facility was clean and very quiet. Will definitely stay again!

The property was very accessible and well kept. We plan on returning to Charlotte in the near future and will look forward to staying at Springhill again.

The only thing I would change is the orientation of the bathroom in our room. When traveling with others and you have to share a bathroom, the door is transparent so the light shines through even when you are trying to sleep. Other than that the room was nice and spacious

The breakfast on the weekend was not great at all
