I had wonderful experience during my stay in Circular House, the staff were friendly especially Greyson, he is friendly and treat us very well. The breakfast place at their 3rd floor was also nice with comfortable sofa chair. 1 point is that they AC in the bedroom is really cold ! hahaha

Before coming, I was a bit hesitant because many of the ratings were bad, because the price was cheap so it was normal, but when I arrived at the place, unlike the negative comments, the place was okay and the staff were also friendly, besides the location was really great, beside there was Sevel and in front there was a food court not far from there, near the MRT, a strategic location but with a cheap price, finding this hotel was like a hidden gem, but there were shortcomings, breakfast was just bread and jam but the drinks were varied, then the bathroom shower was rusty and a little dirty.

The rooms are clean, the toilets are dirty probably because of the large number of people using them and they are not cleaned regularly. The location is near the train station and nearby tourist attractions.

The place is clean and quite spacious. There is a large area to open suitcases, making it easy to pack, etc.

I've stayed at this hostel twice, it's the best, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms and toilets are also clean, it's close to everywhere, just walk, very close to Fort Channing Park, Chinatown, Chijmes, Old Hill Street Police Station, Merlion Park, and this is also very close if you walk.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are quite good for resting and transit.

Never come back, no towels or hair dryer when taking a shower, have to ask the receptionist for everything. In short, nothing but a body to carry. Dirty sheets and pillows and after 2 days they didn't take the initiative to clean the room.

It's my 2nd time staying in Circular House. Overall, it's good. The pods are clean, the bathroom is OK. So sad that they had changed the rules to leave suitcases. First time, it was allowed, now it's not. But it was OK though.

The place is well-maintained. Needs to clean the vent for better ventilation or lower the aircon temperature so that it will be cold inside the capsule.
