Booked a room affiliated with Apatel. It’s been over 2 weeks since check-out and my Rp300,000 deposit has not been refunded, even though it was promised within 7 working days. Apatel is extremely slow to respond and irresponsible. Disappointed that Traveloka still lists this kind of provider on their platform. Not recommended. Be careful.
