The staff was friendly, but the rooms were awful, not matching the photos. I feel sorry for those who already booked, who had to get refunds, and the prices were high.

The hotel staff let this happen. The air conditioner in the room turns off every half hour. And not cold at all. We, who were stifled, had time to complain and were only answered as such. Even though the next morning at the hotel, they installed a new air conditioner. Yes, maybe unfortunately we got a rotten air conditioner.

Saya pesen 2 kamar, kamar yang satu bagus tapi kamar yang 1 lagi atap bocor, AC nggak dingin sama sekali, panas, jadinya semua pindah di 1 kamar, bayar 2 kamar tapi cuma pake 1 kamar, saya juga sangat kecewa dengan pihak hotel, saya minta kamar berdampingan tetapi karena saya check in larut malam 1 kamar diberikan pada tamu lain, harusnya walo saya gak datang pun gak bisa dong kaya gitu, toh saya gak datangpun tetap bayar kan, karena saya juga gak batalkan setelah batas waktu pembatalan.

Penginapannya mudah ditemukan karena terletak dipinggir jalan. Cuman ngga ada lobi nya, jadi awalnya bingung harus urus check in kemana. Penginapannya overall memuaskan, karena rapih dan bersih. Di dalam kamar disediakan kursi dan meja kecil dan 1 meja besar. Ukuran kamarnya cukup luas. Tv channel nya terbatas dan menampilkan lebih banyak saluran lokal. Ac menyala dan dinginnya sejuk (bukan dingin yang ac seperti biasanya), ada banyak penjual makanan di sekitar penginapan, dan penjual makanan di seberang penginapan kayanya buka 24 jam. Untuk pemesanan makanan online juga ada jadi ngga akan bingung untuk cari makanan. Meskipun letak penginapannya di pinggir jalan tapi nggak kebisingan, karena letak kamarnya agak menjorok ke dalam. Jarak penginapan lebih dekat ke Pantai Parangkusumo sekitar 5-10 menit jalan kaki. Tapi kalau ke Pantai Parangtritis sedikit lebih jauh karena harus memutar ke arah parkiran dulu. Dekat penginapan ada indomaret, sebelum penginapan ada 2 alfamart, dan ada juga jasa laundry express 4 jam dengan harga perkilo nya 17.500 di dekat indomaret. Meskipun kamarnya bersih, dan ada pengharum ruangannya, tapi ga tau kenapa gorden yang menutupi kaca di kamar baunya kaya bau kecoa, tapi nggak ada kecoanya. Mungkin next, gorden nya bisa di laundry/disemprot pewangi. Kalo nanti ke Jogja dan mau liburan ke pantai mungkin akan pilih penginapan ini lagi.

Why would a network like OYO want to cooperate with an inn like this? The electricity went out many times because it was not strong enough to lift the load, even though there were only about 5 guests staying. Just imagine if the room is fully charged, the electricity might not turn on at all. In the room there is a television but there is no remote control, then how can you turn on the television? Disappointing anyway.

I like the view of the inn but don't like it in the room, the bed sheets are not clean, the room is not clean, the air conditioner doesn't feel even though it's 16 degrees and often turns off by itself, the sink doesn't work.

Sebenernya lokasi dan tempat bagus banget. "Kalau" hotel dibersihkan ditata lagi gazebo dan tamannya, TV siaran diaktifkan dan kamar mandi diperbaiki bagian yang rusak. Nyaman kok sebenernya mungkin karena covid jadi kurang diperhatikan hotelnya
