I'm allergic to dust, so I typically sneeze whenever dust is around. Please clean the room, carpet, and furniture partitions. So why aren't the towels white? ☺️ Overall, it's okay.. 🙏🏻

Overall, everything was good, but it's a shame the swimming pool closed so early. It was already closed before 9 PM. The breakfast was okay and varied, unfortunately, there were no Lampung specialties, like seruit or chocolate bananas.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The swimming pool is okay, big. The only downside is that it was school holidays for my kids so check-in was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes, quite long. Although they gave me ice cream, maybe in the future they can be more punctual. And for the elevator in the tall building there are only 3, sometimes the wait is long and inside the elevator is not air-conditioned so it is a bit hot. For other things in terms of the room, food, swimming pool, everything is okay. Especially I ordered a sea view room, the view is really great 🤩 Inshaallah if I have the fortune to go to Lampung again, I will definitely stay here again 🥰

Late-night check-in was handled by a staff member on standby at the front desk, waiting only a few minutes. The room I requested was perfect, with a view of the ocean and Bandar Lampung city. It had a balcony, was spacious, comfortable, and soundproof, and had a clean bathroom. The hot water was a bit too hot/warm but still comfortable for a shower. Overall, I had a very comfortable rest and I hope to return to Golden Tulip Lampung. I'll try their menu next time.
