The room booked is a shared bathroom, 5th floor, no elevator, in which the room details are not notified. Upgrade to the 2nd floor room. The room has to be paid an additional $ 10 per night and a 20% discount for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is good. Polite staff near various tourist attractions And the location of the client appointment Booking details was at the 5th floor without lift and without informing in details while booking. Then, I had to upgrade the room to the second floor by paying $ US10 with 20% discount for 3 nights. The overview of this hotel was quite good; clean, polite and near many places for traveling and my purposes.

Highly recommend for budget couples or 3 member family to stay in this hotel. The staff attitude was super, and they truly took care of us and been really helpful through the whole journey. Definitely will be back to Yangon and stay there again.

Overall the service is considered good. Rooms are clean but narrow. Can understand because the space is limited The bathroom must be separated from the room. I don't like this one. Not private Breakfast service Not a buffet Is a staffing service that serves us in the morning

When reserving, can book the Economy. There is a price of 550 baht. (The room is narrower than the photography room for viewing. No bathroom Is a shared bathroom But shared bathrooms are clean and should be used.) Information on booking as a private bathroom But when becoming a shared bathroom We therefore asked the lobby that the information didn't match our booking through the app. Employees therefore coordinate for Because it's the fault of the hotel Therefore let us choose a new room with a private bathroom The service is all good. There is no breakfast for the elevator as it is an old area. The building should be renovated. The room is not soundproof by co. It is good. Convenient to walk out in front of the alley. It's a food market.

Well, near the market, find things to eat, easy to clean, but walk up a bit high. For the elderly

If you’ve booked the private rooms, you might get the room on the 5th floor—they have no lift, but that’s okay. 😉

Awesome!!! Extremely warm services and really helpful staff. Thank you very much for helping us booked bus tickets to Mandalay on the night we arrived to Myanmar. We were allowed to keep our luggages in their guesthouse even though we only check-in coming week. Thumb up👍😁

Awesome services and helpful staff !! Helped to book the transport to Mandalay for the 1st night we arrived to Myanmar even though we were not going to check in the hotel on that night. We managed to leave our luggage in the hotel and able to stroll around the city for the day. Thank you very much and love your services. Very helpful of you. Thumb up!!!

The hotel is on 17 street. It is a commercial building with a new renovated room. There were a few issues when checking in but the staff changed to a better room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are deluxe. Beautiful, clean, with a few ants. No fridge near the place to eat. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay and spend your time in Yangon, Myanmar. The service is good and the staff really put effort to make the customers feel comfortable. Everything is perfect if the hotel has bathroom inside room. Anyway, it's not a big problem here. Really recommend.

Good stay! Staff were very helpful and kind. One of the staff boys serves breakfast with a big smile. Room was comfortable. Wish there was a shelf to put my clothing and stuff. Shared bathroom was very clean and I had no problems with it. Place doesn't have an elevator (I heard it's not typical to have those in MYR) but since I'm athletic, walking up to the 5th floor was fine. The place had ants walking around though. But the room was overall comfortable and I'd stay here again. They helped me book a taxi and bus to bus station for Bagan.
