Very comfortable especially close to Malioboro.

Dirty room. The bottom of the bed looks like it's never been cleaned. The bathroom looks like it's never been brushed. The bed linen has not been changed. Pillowcases have not been replaced. So you have to ask the staff to clean it first. It doesn't matter the room is on the top floor, but it's dirty and underestimates people who want to stay without being cleaned properly and dirty linen is a little outrageous in my opinion.
