The room was clean, and the staff were friendly.

It was good, but the air conditioning wasn't cool enough. We stayed in room 1602 and forgot our retainer in the bathroom.

Everything is ok but if you don't come into my room to clean without notice, I'm a bit worried. I'm afraid that if I leave something important that day and come in to clean without notice, if I lose something or accidentally drop something, it will affect both sides. However, all the experiences are ok, the food is not very diverse, it's just okay.

The hotel is very good, the room is a bit small but clean. The soundproofing is not very good. The hotel receptionist is very friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and has a lot of dishes. The experience is quite fun.

The room was not that clean, pool is terrible dirty. And desk ask to pay extra as they need to pay certain amount for app which I refused. I booked this room just for 4 hours dropped my luggage before flight.

The female receptionist had a bad attitude, was arrogant, and made a deal for 180 minutes early check-in but it was difficult. The lobby was extremely hot and the air conditioner was not on.

Mình có chuyến công tác tại Nha Trang nên mình đã đặt phòng tại khách sạn nhưng do có lịch trình thay đổi nên mình đã không đến được, vấn đề là mình đã liên hệ với Traveloka để hoàn tiền thì được đề nghị liên hệ với KS, khi liên hệ với khách sạn thì nói là lh với Traveloka và không muốn hoàn tiền dù mình đã huỷ ngay sau đó vì khách sạn đã đặt là không hoàn tiền. Nên mình khuyên các b có đến NT mà ở dài ngày thì tránh xa khách sạn này vì nếu lỡ mà không đi được thì mất tiền không có lấy lại được đâu nha
