The order cannot be used because the place is no longer working with OYO so you have to order again and pay for it yourself, very disappointing.

too many male workers hanging out around receptionist, which right in front of our room. feels like there is no privacy and no house rule that stated give your customer their privacy. and we understand

We stayed for 3 days at Tekno Residence on a business trip. On the first day of our stay, when we returned from the client to Tekno Residence, we were quite surprised because many PP police officers were sealing the building. Fortunately, the Satpol PP gave us 2 days from the time of sealing and we were still allowed to stay there. Somehow the continuation of techno residence. Is it permanently sealed or temporarily sealed by the authorities.

The head of the hotel is very unfriendly in welcoming guests or in any way to communicate, as if guests are hitching a ride! Too many rules do say it is prohibited to smoke, but at least see that guests should be warned not to just watch, and cut the deposit. Not really.

The room I occupied on the 2nd floor in room 206 I had asked from the beginning if I could smoke here and the clerk said no, then I returned to the car that happened to park near the gate to store my cigarettes in the car but when checking out the examiner said that the room I smelled of cigarettes, after a long debate I finally asked to deliver it to the room I had stayed in and it was true there was no cigarette smell at all, the officers were confused to answer my question. Please pay more attention to little things like that.
