Staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend the place

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to many top attractions and great restaurants. However, the room’s ventilation system is a bit noisy and cannot be turned off, even though there is a window. Additionally, it took an hour to receive a dental kit after calling the reception upon arrival, so service efficiency could be improved.

This is a lovely hotel. My room was spotless and the bed and pillows really comfy. The area is quiet and safe but within easy walking distance to all major sights. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful hotel. At first we were given a room with a not-so pleasant odour but the staff gave us a new room right away. They were very kind and very helpful. The location was perfect for us.

Llegamos y mi cuarto era con terraza y vista supuestamente a la catedral y me dieron uno con vista a nada ! La reservación era para 4 personas y el sofá cama que era para los niños no estaba armado ! Después de reclamar 3 veces vino un señor a las 11 de la noche a poner las sábanas y no sabía ponerlas ! Mi esposa tuvo que hacerlo ! Solo habían dos paños en ara bañarse para 4 personas ! Una señorita se disculpó y nos dejó en el cuarto un plato de frutas ! Y cholate! La sala donde dormían los niños era un horno ! El aire no enfriaba nada ! Solo un ascensor llegaba al 8 y había q esperar a veces bastante ! El desayuno estuvo regular ! Un poco caótico por la gente ! La ubicación del hotel está bien ! Budapest bellísima ! Pero no me quedaría de nuevo en este hotel ! En el piso 8 el único cuarto con vista para atrás era el de nosotros !
