Almost good

Was a great place and quiet and price worthy

They were weird people moving weird outside of the property

Everything was as expected, no misleading information. Communication was timely,accurate and friendly.

Adequate cleanliness and provisions. Nothing too fancy but no problems. Main issues are not enough outlets, lack of AC, and the gaps in the shower walls causing water to leak on floor. Bedding is comfortable and neighborhood is quiet. Kitchen comes in handy. Opening the door to leave can be annoying because there is a pinchpoint where the lock is (I scraped myself exiting the hotel once). Just a heads up: nearest metro stop is a 17 min walk!!

The communication with the host has been fast and nice; we had a problem and he moved to solve the issue as quickly as possible, finding a compromise to make us happy. We appreciated that a lot! Furthermore, there is a washing machine tumble dryer available for the guests, very useful. To improve: cleanliness of common spaces and room and add a hair dryer in every room would be ideal

The pictures are misleading. There's no signal to identify the hotel. It's a very small discreet door near a hair saloon

No forks, little bit cold but you can use heater.

Smell weed at night and no customers service at all , And there is no parking free , the stair are horrible

Good Clean

This place was nice and very quiet. It had free access to laundry and easy access to transit and had a kitchen for use. My only complaint was the room and building was extremely cold without independent heat control for my room.

For your own good, stay away. Book somewhere else, except if you want a very cheap not so clean airbnb style small chamber. My experience was terrible. First the owner will not great you and only communicate through email. You will grab the key alone in a box at the entrance. After you will enter on a open space not cleaned at all, with garbage bin full and smelling not too good. The worst part was that the room I had no AC and no windows I could open. During my trip, it's was heat wave there. I'll let you imagine how I sweet and was lacking of air in the night. The day after I book somewhere else for the rest of my trip. So I end up paying two stays, but the second was way better. I had air to breath...

I liked the location, the cleanness and the quietness. I didn't like the front door: using the key to open and to lock. I didn't like that there is no table or chair in the room, no disposable cups.

I love the environment and location. very lovely neighbourhood! Owner is super friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean with free wifi and Netflix - better value than 5 star hotels! Will come back again.

Room is nice and clean with a great private bathroom. Kitchen is very modern and clean.... nice washing machine and drier... what I didnt like about the room was the fact that is extremely hot. The fan was not enough to make it pleasant to sleep.

no side table by be or reading lamp ... all else was great

Pour ma part il faisait très froid dans la chambre. Le thermostat ne fonctionnait pas. Par contre la couverture était assez chaude ;)

Range chaussure brisé, mais sinon c'était correct. Pas vraiment eu le temps d'aller voir la cuisine alors je sais pas à quoi ça ressemble...
