Nice place to stay, rooms are kinda noisy at times but overall a good place to stay

The property had molds in bathrooms and they didn’t do anything about it

We booked a room for two nights fior my wife and our daughter. Room was not ready for an hour and a half after our check in time. When we arrived there was not 1 window for any air. Obvioulsy no ac in the hotel which is kind of normal for hotels in Medellin, but not even one window to crack or grt fresh air. Our room was 20 degrees warmer than outside hall and only way to get air was to leave the hotel door open. Bathrooms only provided a couple tear open body wash which was enough for one shower for two people. We left after being there one hour. We tried to ask for a refund, hotels.com said only the hotel could refund and hotel front desk ssid only hotels.com could refund. I would never stay here again

Very small room no air conditioner very small bathrooms no trash cans, staff not helpful, need more air circulation, more windows , very disappointed

Not what I expected. Thought room would be nicer. Not bad, but not great.

I was supposed getting a vip please, and i go a room with no refrigerator, stuff was great , also i found a better hotel better price and a great location i will never rent this place again thats for sure

I did not like that there was no restaurant inside hotel but everything else was excellent

I like the staff , recepcionista were very kind and helpful, I was hoping for a tv to work, it didn’t, I reported it , the problem wasn’t fixed, also would be nice if they add a mi I fridge on the rooms . The rest was ok , average , nothing espectacular , like I said the best was the staff .

La puerta de la habitacion no tenia ningun tipo de sehuridad mas que la cerradura, mucho ruido, instalaciones viejas y el jacuzzi parecia sucio, no me atrevi a usarlo. El personal de recepcion muy amable y atentos.
