No windows, fridge, or hot water.

The staff was superb, the best asset for the hotel they were friendly professional and always gobthevextra mile to have you happy there , remember esoecialky Anyi, also last name Arroyan and Mesa

I was supposed getting a vip please, and i go a room with no refrigerator, stuff was great , also i found a better hotel better price and a great location i will never rent this place again thats for sure

I did not like that there was no restaurant inside hotel but everything else was excellent

From what my girl told me it was very clean and nice. Staff was very cordial and helpful.

I like the staff , recepcionista were very kind and helpful, I was hoping for a tv to work, it didn’t, I reported it , the problem wasn’t fixed, also would be nice if they add a mi I fridge on the rooms . The rest was ok , average , nothing espectacular , like I said the best was the staff .

La puerta de la habitacion no tenia ningun tipo de sehuridad mas que la cerradura, mucho ruido, instalaciones viejas y el jacuzzi parecia sucio, no me atrevi a usarlo. El personal de recepcion muy amable y atentos.

I gave 3 stars just because the customer service was ok but in general it was a terrible experience. the first night we slept in a room with no window just a fan, We felt very unsafe about it, and the next night they gave is a room with ac but no window.

I've stayed at the Prado four times now. It's awesome... Do yourself a favor. Get a room with a balcony... Cuz if you don't you probably won't have a window

The room it was a good size, it is super affordable, comfortable and convenient. Definitely, I would recommend it! Simply I love it.

It was a good hotel for night sleep.
