Parking situation is absolutely terrible and crooked. Hotel was informed by uscthat we have car and want to have theirs parking. Park on the streets is almost impossible. Hotel put us on the lust but we never got their parking. However some people who arrived after us were getting it. Ridiculous and unfair.

Thank you Novotel. Fabulous stay in Deauville- could not fault anything (but would like proper mugs in room for a cuppa rather than paper cups). Lovely welcome from Emiilie. Perfect location for beach, restaurants, Trouville and the race courses. Lovely to overlook the beach at breakfast and see the horses exercise. The Sushi is out of this world! We had it twice. Will definitely book again.

Nice view from breakfast room. Fast, efficient check-in process. Equally easy checkout. Close to everything. But far enough from the business spots so we were able to enjoy peace and quiet. Clean & modern rooms. Nice amenities. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Location

Property is minutes away from the beach. Also 15 minute walk from the train station. Keep this in mind because there are literally no taxis in town. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Be careful storing things in the safe, I noticed things go missing in mine.

Excellent hotel right in the center!

This is a great place to stay in Deauville. It’s a high quality hotel and very local to all amenities. A suggestion is that an ice dispenser was available in the reception or common area.

We had a lovely stay at the NovetelDeauville. The suite was spacious and we had a lovely view of the horse rink and the English Channel. The staff was helpful and the food was excellent.

Everything was great about this place. Super clean, right in the beach, and close to downtown and the casino. There was just one really odd element- I tried to buy a bottle of wine at the bar downstairs to take up to my room, and this seemed to be a big hassle. The bartender had to call some one to find out how to ring it up and the tried to give me 4 glasses- I can’t imagine it’s a foreign concept for someone to want a bottle of wine in their room.

Excellent hotel au centre ville, le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre est spacieuse avec un grand balcon. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. On a passé un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement !

On the beach, close to the train station and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Hananh who checked us in. Perhaps the best check in experience of the hotels I have stayed in 40 years of traveling the globe for work and pleasure.

The restaurant with both service and menu was excellent. The reception staff were more than helpful which made for a very pleasant stay.

The parking garage was full and the check in clerk said not to park on the street because it cost too much. She said next door is a school and they have a lot that you can park in. I drove 2 blocks and didn’t see any school so went back to the hotel clerk. She showed me on the mail the school which was 3 blocks away and the street she told me to turn on was one way the wrong way. I found their lot finally and parked there before we went to dinner. The next morning the lot was locked, thankfully I parked on the street overnight. This woman was incompetent

A lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff, especially Walid at the front desk,very pleasant and always ready to help - with luggage, directions, choice of restaurants and anything else you need. Highly recommend this hotel

Great staff and facilities. Rooms smaller that other hotels we have used and the lifts are a nightmare. More changes that the London underground.
