Although the room was of a high standard we lost sleep in the 2nd night due to loud music vibrating in the room. Also beware of the using the Lalique toiletries, I was charged €100 for using 4 of the bottles that are described as complimentary

This is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in Paris and I visit quite a lot , it’s more on the pricy side but if you are looking to maybe break the bank for a special occasion this is the place. Topically nights in Paris for a standard room is 200 but this one at 380 in comparison to other options around this price range is a steal. The only part that is not 10/10 is the region , I think there are better regions to stay but this one works just fine. I would come back totally here if you are looking for something worth the money.

The welcome was exceptional Breakfast service on first day was very poor - the waitress was slow and seemingly disconnected - the coffee cup was chipped - this was brought to her attention and produced a shrug of indifference and an explanation that " it was the dishwasher " - we knew that but it should not have been used; The breakfast food was cold on the first day - we suspected that the food had been awaiting collection for some time prior to delivery Replacement coffee was very very slow The contrast with the second day was huge - attentive staff ; hot food and despite a problem with the coffee machine swift refills The room itself was adequate - the bathroom and toilet facilities were excellent The room size was slightly small for us and it lacked hanging and cupboard space -no desk facility

Property was unique and romantic. Everything was controlled electronically which was interesting and added to the experience. We could not get out of the hot tub. Clean with great service. Centrally located to shopping and food shopping it’s a short walk.

A wonderful and impressive hotel - extremely customer focus on ensuring you have an amazing stay. The hotel is focused on delivering an exceptional experience for couples, great restaurant, relaxing lobby area and the room we had on the 6th floor was perfect. The hot tub in the room was great. A personal shout out and thanks to one of the members of staff who went above and beyond for us - Cleona!! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for an intimate and personal experience, also main attractions are a short cab ride away - we also stumbled on some nice restaurants for breakfast and dinner locally too.

Property was small but amazing, massage was great! Room was nice, but the jacuzzi tub is tall and steps in front of it would be great!

Very nice hotel. Staff was incredible. Enjoyed the quiet location that was close to everything. We had a room with a hot tub on an outside patio which was wonderful at night.
