This was our third visit. Unfortunately, we felt the facilities had deteriorated. The pool area was full of ants. The food at the in-house restaurant could have been better (I ate at Madcow), but for the price, the quality was very poor. I wanted to try the Chinese restaurant, but it was closed. The buffet breakfast was basic. My previous visit was more memorable. The entertainment facilities should also be maintained and upgraded. Hand sanitizer should also be provided in public spaces. Furthermore, the hotel's views, room cleanliness, and service remain excellent.

The atmosphere is nice and comfortable, there are 3 swimming pools so you can explore, the game facilities, bicycles, and other activities are okay.

It was so much fun; all the staff were friendly and informative. It's truly a kids-friendly hotel. If you're bringing kids, I recommend booking my kids package one day before check-in. You'll get welcome treats, a tent in your room, one activity of your choice with the Pullman team, and a kids' meal. I think it's worth it.

Perfect for light healing, not far from Jakarta. Everything was fine, the food tasted average.

You should stay at Pullman Ciawi at least once in your life. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. There are plenty of playmates for the kids, and the swimming pool will make you want to dive in.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. It’s definitely kids friendly, with so many fun activities that families can enjoy together, which made the experience feel lively and enjoyable for both adults and children. The restaurants were also pleasant to visit. I had lunch at Damar and dinner at Padi. The service at both restaurants was good and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. However, the food itself was quite average compared to the overall experience of the hotel. Hopefully, the quality and taste of the dishes can be improved further in the future.

The staff was very friendly, and the food was varied and delicious. I booked a deluxe room, which was very close to the pool, so the kids were happy too. I'll be back next time. Thank you, Pullman Ciawi.

Pullman Vimala Hills isn't just a place to stay, but a destination to recharge. The price is certainly premium, but it's worth it for the amenities, delicious food, and serenity you'll find.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, hospitality according to 5 stars, for the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious, for a 5 star hotel class, a deposit is required which makes the check-in and check-out process long, while there is no minibar in the room, the rules are a bit strange, not flexible, compared to other 5 star hotels that do not require a deposit. And to get to the room from the lobby or vice versa, there are many large worms, so it is a bit uncomfortable and a pity for people who have a phobia of worms.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed here for a short family getaway and really enjoyed it. The hotel is only about an hour from West Jakarta, making it perfect for a quick escape. The facilities are complete and very kids friendly. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back. First time to Pullman and very impressive, starting from the very comfortable room, many facilities, recommended for children until my child was hard to take home hehe.. And the breakfast is highly recommended.. This will be a favorite hotel in Bogor.. Thank you Pullman.

For the location is very close to the toll access. For the service there are some staff who I think are not good, such as at the registration section where guests who stay should get a photo voucher but it is not immediately given, must be asked first and at the car delivery section is less communicative where guests should get food for animals such as rabbits and deer but must be asked again. For the taste of the food and cleanliness everything is good and for hotel facilities such as children's games need improvement in several locations such as the billiard table where the balls sometimes get stuck, PS that sometimes overheats and basketball whose score display often errors.

Second time here and always satisfied with the super friendly service from all the staff. Cleanliness is good and the food is delicious in all the restaurants. Dinner at Damar, lunch at Padi
