A pleasant stay. The hotel facilities are complete with lots of games, and the cleanliness is good. There are many swimming pools, delicious food, and very friendly service from staff like Ms. Amalia and Jessica. And coincidentally, when I left something behind, the hotel was willing to help send it back to me. Thank you again, it was truly an experience I will repeat when staying at Pullman Vimala Ciawi. 👍👍👍👍

So far, it's been nice and comfortable. Lots of photo spots. The pool is great. Overall, the kids are happy.

From the start of checking in, there were problems, ordering 2 rooms but only one was listed. Then I got a room with a broken door that had to be fixed repeatedly by the engineer, the sink leaked and flooded everywhere! I swear it's a 5-star hotel, how could it be like this?

The atmosphere and environment are fun for relaxing.

Breakfast is full of variety but animal protein only comes from eggs at breakfast...

Just for your information. I had just checked in and rested for about an hour when suddenly there was repeated knocking on the door. After I opened it, several employees asked permission to enter the room. They said they were repairing the next room, even though the room I was staying in didn't have a locking door. This really bothered me.

It was a great experience having a staycation with my cousins, our room upgraded upon our arrival and got a couple of pictures of our staying. Would love to come back again!

Starting from the time of check-in, the staff was very attentive and when they saw my child, they immediately arranged a room close to the child playground and swimming pool. During the stay, all staff in various areas were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool is also quite large, and even though it was school holidays, it was not too crowded so you could still swim. There is also a shuttle from the hotel to the deer/bunny feeding area, and the peacock/flower hill. Although the distance is close and there are not many activities there, it is quite lively for children.

The other staff are friendly and helpful, maybe the receptionist could be friendlier and communicate while making eye contact.

It is very fun to bring the family on vacation here. We asked for connected rooms so that we can be free. Even though the site contour is up and down, it is not difficult to move with a wheelchair for the elderly. There are many activities and they are fun. The family is very satisfied.

all the facilities, staff and food are really really good. there was just a problem in the bathroom but it was immediately handled best view of the room, atmosphere and service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The after check-out experience was top notch. They personally chat us if there is any feedback and I get to request left-behind items to be sent home!
