This hotel is very comfortable, with friendly staff, spacious, and clean rooms. There are plenty of activities, and the most enjoyable part is the warm family pool. The location is excellent, eliminating the traffic jams to Puncak and allowing you to enjoy a pleasant vacation.

Very nice hotel, worth the 5 stars. Kids friendly with a lot of kids activities. Recommended hotel to spend time with your family. They have warm water in the pool.

Our umpteenth staycation at the Pullman Vimala Hotel, the service is always top-notch. Today we received a room upgrade to a villa and were guests of the day. A one-stop staycation near Jakarta, and the breakfast is always exceptional.
