I booked the room for one night. We received a friendly welcome, which was very positive. The room seemed clean and tidy upon entering. I paid for the night immediately upon arrival. There's a discount for that, as I had booked breakfast, but unfortunately, it wasn't offered on the day we were leaving. I thought it was a shame that they didn't at least email or call the guest in advance to let them know that it wasn't offered. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a bakery, so we had to start our journey home on empty stomachs.
When we wanted to freshen up after a little over 6 hours of traveling, we unfortunately noticed that one of the guest towels had black/dark stains on it—a shame.
In addition, we were missing a curtain on the balcony door, so we couldn't darken the room or close the curtains because there wasn't one. I personally also missed a shower/bath mat. We also noticed that the mirror in the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned—there was toothpaste residue. But perhaps we see things differently, since we're in this business ourselves.
But I have to praise the fact that coffee and juice were available in the lounge at any time; this makes up for the little things we missed. The beds were clean, and we were able to start our journey home well-rested and well-rested.
