This hotel one one of only a few that were available when we were booking for. Didn’t look at reviews, we picked because of location. Turned out to be one of our favourite stays. The staff were welcoming and the communication was excellent. The roof top was my favourite afternoon hang with a drink to watch the sky tree light up each night. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This was our second time there, and I have to honestly say that we really enjoyed it again. The hotel has a great location and the rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view. The rooms are very well-equipped and the staff is incredibly friendly. The staff speaks English, which is a great plus. If we are ever in Tokyo/Japan again, we would love to come back.

Only a short walk from the Skytree, it's a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of the city whilst being close to transport. This is our 3rd visit to Tokyo and we have never experienced such amazing hospitality. The host has gone above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible from taking our luggage in before check in, to providing welcome drinks and snacks. The view from the terrace is stunning! Beautiful during the day but stunning at night with the Skytree lit up! 100% would recommend this lovely hotel to anyone. Its our last night here and are so sad to be leaving but we will definitely return on our next trip!

We booked the 2B appt for 4 adults and were really happy with our stay. From the warm welcome to the attention to detail, we absolutely loved every second of it. The amenities were great, we loved the welcome drink and snacks as well as the wonderful care of our English speaking host. The rooftop view is unique, make sure to grab a drink & snack and enjoy the unobstructed night view of Tokyo Skytree. That alone could be worth a stay.

Amazing hotel with even more amazing staff. It’s in a nice, central location, not too busy, but not too far from the liveliest parts of town. The rooms are beautiful, the view is great, and the staff are exceptional. We lost our case earlier in the day and they really couldn’t have been more helpful. A fantastic experience. Thank you
