The staff is friendly and honest, but the cleanliness is very, very bad. The bed cover and blanket were not replaced, as seen from the many stains, the room was full of sawang and was too dusty, the bathroom was never cleaned, it looked dirty and had many stains, there was no tissue available in the toilet. We didn't even use the towels provided because we were doubtful about their cleanliness.

Nice room but lots of mosquitoes and never cleaned. Not recommended, if only the room was cleaner

The room is very dirty and hot. The AC is not working, the sheets are dirty and moist. There’s not shower. The toilet is dirty, the towel is dirty. The staff is very rude when I was checking in. Asking for deposit money and ID, holding both until I check-out. Saying that its their policy to hold at least one ID and deposit money. There’s no water and no nearby stores. They dont have kitchen. There’s no WiFi. The worst is that I found the staff walking back and forth in front of my room every time I left the hotel. The lock key position was moved, as if someone was trying to get into the room. This is a stealing indication. I did not lose anything, but I was feeling very unsafe.

During my stay the water was off, I couldn't take a shower or wash my face for a few days during my first stay here, I was really disappointed and felt disadvantaged by all of this. Even though the price is cheap, at least there is water. I feel disappointed. I hope to remove OYO services that have inadequate facilities like this, don't disappoint application customers.

Spacious room, view to the street, but very quiet at night. If it's a holiday, the food vendors are also closed, maybe because it's an office area.

Bed sheets & pillowcases are dirty, the shower faucet doesn't work, I want to shower with a bucket and dipper. The bathroom door is broken/collapsed. The CO didn't stay that night either. i mean.. how come there are many budget hotels that are still decent even though they are not that clean but still OK if you just want to sleep/shower.

The dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Highly not recommended to stay here. Dirty toilet, mossy closet, bathroom not cleaned. Car parking 10 thousand per night. Fat female staff with glasses are very unfriendly. You will regret staying here.

The AC is cold, there is hot water, exhaust fan and good lighting. The room can be cleaned so that it is not full of spider webs and fishy/cigarette smells. The TV can be turned on and the sheets + pillow cases are cleaner.
