Nice B&B but is a bit far from everything, you can get the busses which are reliable and cheap so not too much hassle. We had some difficulty finding the place but the host met us outside, the rooms is spacious with a bathroom however the shower is quite small. The breakfast was disappointing, just a few store bought items which would not be enough for a complete breakfast, packaged croissant, kids fruit juice carton, 1 small pack of biscuits, small bits of toast shaped biscuits wrapped in plastic with some nutella and jam. We were also provided with around 5 different keys, we had an issue when leaving as we left early the host was not awake, we had to unlock the door out of the apartment, the door leaving the building and the gate and had to prop them open and return the keys back upstairs before leaving. The building seems to be under construction as well. No fridge in the room but there is one in the communal kitchen.

The room was very spacious and nice and the host was super friendly. We only stayed a few nights but the breakfast was a let down (just a crossiant in a packet and some biscuits and spreads) not sure if b and bs are different in italy but normally would be expected a cooked or fresh breakfast of reasonable size. It was also a bit inconvenient needing so many keys and the building looked like it was still being built so had trouble finding and it was noisy. It's a flat in an block building that has been converted into a b and b.

The service and behavior of the hotel towards its guests were completely unempathetic. When my flight was postponed, they refused to accept my late check-in, even though it wasn't my fault. This forced me to spend the night at the airport. Upon arriving at the hotel the next day, I was shocked to discover my reservation had been canceled, I was charged for the first night as a penalty, and I had to pay for my entire stay again. Additionally, the breakfast was subpar, with the same bread and croissants served for several days without any fresh food for guests. Despite the hotel’s good location and large size, I must give a poor review due to the owners' behavior and lack of empathy.

Davide is a very nice and friendly host. He stayed an hour more for late check in. Very warmly welcomed and explained everything.

The host are very kind and welcoming. The room is spacious and confortable.There were no fridge in the kitchen/ or room.
