The service and breakfast were quite good. The roadside location is easy to find, though it's a bit noisy from traffic. The rooms are quite soundproof. There's a swimming pool for the kids. The hotel isn't large, but it's comfortable enough for a layover if you're traveling or sightseeing in the Puncak Pass area.

First time staying at the Grand Metro Hotel. Booked a Deluxe room, very comfortable. Although the room is small, it is quite comfortable, clean & tidy for 1 person. The hotel staff and security are quite friendly and kind. The hotel is hassle-free, right on the roadside, according to the Wi-Fi pass #NoisyButFun 😁. Next time I want to go on vacation, I think I will come back to this hotel again. Plus, the air is super cool. Good, keep it up.

I've stayed here many times, but this time I was unlucky. The chair I was sitting on broke because the staff hadn't checked it. The chair was so unfit that I fell and injured my hand, seriously hurting myself with broken glass. To prevent this from happening again, use a chair that's suitable for guests (sturdy).

There are itchy ants on the floor, the room doesn't have air conditioning so the children are excited and have trouble sleeping even though they are at the top of the right position and the weather is not cool.
